★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem na clinica Clivo Recreio, às 17:50hs e a atendente Cássia disse que não poderia me atender pq já tinha "fechado o sistema", apesar de estar escrito na porta que fechava às 18:00hs. Segundo ela ainda tinham 15 doses da H1N1. Hoje cheguei lá antes de abrir e ela informou que só tinham 10! Alguém está vendendo vacinas de madrugada!? Estou revoltada! Questionei, enrolaram, enrolaram e não chegaram a conta final já que eu cheguei antes de abrir.
 I went to the Clivo Recreio clinic yesterday at 5:50 pm and the attendant Cassia said she couldn't answer me because she had already "closed the system", even though it was written on the door that closed at 18:00. According to her they still had 15 doses of H1N1. Today I got there before opening and she informed that there were only 10! Is anyone selling dawn vaccines !? I'm angry! I questioned, rolled, wrapped and did not reach the final bill as I arrived before opening.

Ainda agradeci ao final da ligação e a mesma bateu c o telefone... sinceramente, mais educação e gentileza são essenciais ao lidar c o próximo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. Fui hoje dar a vacina na minha filha de dois meses, o atendimento na recepção sem reclamar, porém a funcionária que aplicou parecia despreparada. Mão pesada parecia estar aplicando a injeção em um adulto. Ela percebeu que não gostei e se fingiu de morta. Não volto mais.
Did not like. I went today to give the vaccine to my two-month-old daughter, the front desk care without complaint, but the employee she applied seemed unprepared. Heavy hand seemed to be giving the injection to an adult. She realized I didn't like it and pretended to be dead. I won't be back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida na Cliva de Campo Grande. A recepcionista que me atendeu primeiro ao telefone, me atendeu muito bem, informou os valores e foi muito educada. A técnica que aplicou as vacinas , antes da aplicação mostrou as embalagens com a validade correta e abriu na minha frente. Mostrou também as seringas e agulhas lacradas. Foi muito atenciosa e paciente comigo e com meu filho de 4 meses.
I was attended at the Cliva of Campo Grande. The receptionist who answered the phone first, answered me very well, informed the values and was very polite. The technique that applied the vaccines, before the application showed the packages with the correct validity and opened in front of me. He also showed the sealed syringes and needles. She was very attentive and patient with me and my 4 month old son.

Esta espontaneamente e com muita amabilidade mostrou a descrição das vacinas que estavam em caixa própria e a data de validade.
