Bad place, I hope people don't have the displeasure of making an appointment there, I went to an appointment with the dermatologist today and the doctor didn't even care about my problem, he just said the obvious and sent me home, what kind of doctor is he this? apparently he doesn't even know the minimum of medical ethics, regrettable, I don't recommend ANYONE.

I just lost a customer reading the reviews here. My advice is that the Operator closely monitor this service. Unfortunately, my experience with Leve Saúde became TRAÚMATICA.Clinic that I discovered in early 2020, where I started a thrombosis treatment and fully trusted my health and my life (unfortunately I didn't hear a second opinion). I ended a year of treatment with Anticoagulant and follow-ups; when the anticoagulant medication was suspended, I thought, my problems are over, I would just have to take another continuous medication, okay, ok. Then came the worst part, at the beginning of 2021 an ulcer appeared (I would like to be sure if venous or arterial). The wound appeared like an inflamed mosquito bite and oozing secretion, with the region hot, throbbing, a great discomfort; I went back to the same doctor who treated me the year before. The solution was presented to me, foam treatment to take care of the diseased veins and at the same time I would treat the ulcer, I didn't hesitate, I paid the amount of 4 thousand reais (R$ 4,000.00) at the next appointment in which the procedure would start, plus a half of compression, which was given to me without being able to measure the leg to know if it would be the right one, because until today I haven't been able to wear it. The "treatment" was done and the wound became a crater, a lot of pain, a lot of suffering, a lot of expense, later, I heard from the doctor himself that I wouldn't know what to do with my case anymore. She referred me to a dermatologist to see if it was a dermatological problem, because she also tried a treatment with an ointment mixed with "sugar" that only increased my suffering with absurd pain, but she even paid more attention to me when corresponding by whatsapp and ordered the medication to be suspended and to seek a public emergency to take stronger medication in the vein to try to stop this infection (I was very careful with the dressings, isolating the leg in a plastic bag at the time of bathing, keeping it suspended so as not to have any contact with dirty bath water and sanitizing the hands all the time with alcohol at the time of dressing, then when going to the consultations the doctor would put the DOPPLER device inside the wound). Anyway, I ended up after a pilgrimage inside the emergency room of the Pedro ll municipal hospital, where when I was examined the doctor turned to me and said: you're going to stay in the hospital to shave that leg, otherwise you'll lose it. I was hospitalized right away, shaved my leg and left after 10 days. I thought again, I will get rid of the suffering now the ulcer closes and I return to "normal" life. But in all this time after the foam treatment I've been feeling internal pain in my leg as if it were burning caused by gunpowder fuse that makes me lose my breath, sleep and sometimes the will to live. After leaving the hospital, he had a last appointment (return) scheduled, as he needed to report everything that had happened and still ask for the last time the question if there really was nothing to be done on the part of the doctor who "treated me"; and got the same "no" answer. I still have an open ulcer, in excruciating pain, stuffing myself with painkillers (including TRAMAL) suffering from the bandages, unable to work and have a normal life, and praying that I don't have problems with the gastrointestinal tract or whatever other consequences . The only thing left for me is to go after another doctor and try to solve what was not solved. I CAN'T TAKE ANY MORE SUFFERING!
