★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, e já não é a primeira vez,disponibilizam watt zap,porém não respondem adequadamente,ou não respondem.Por telefone também não sabem explicar nada,ou essa não é minha função. Simplesmente um total descaso com o cliente.
 Terrible service, and it's not the first time, they provide watt zap, but they don't respond properly, or don't respond. They don't know how to explain anything over the phone either, or that's not my role. Simply a total disregard for the customer.

Fui atoa até a clínica para marcar e recebi uma informação errada q não era possível obter autorização do plano Unimed com a carteirinha virtual, isso depois de solicitarrm q eu escrevesse a numeração em um papel. Liguei para ouvidoria do plano q desmentiu e que na realidade eles que não aceitam carteirinha virtual. Senti descaso e desinteresse por ser atendimento pelo plano de saúde. Não recomendo
Terrible attendance. Information noise, one thing over the phone, another in person. I went randomly to the clinic to make an appointment and I received wrong information that it was not possible to obtain authorization from the Unimed plan with the virtual card, this after asking me to write the number on a piece of paper. I called the ombudsman of the plan q denied and that in reality they do not accept virtual card. I felt neglect and disinterest in being assisted by the health plan. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estou há meses esperando para marcar psicólogo e terapia ocupacional para os meus filhos, já me pediram os encaminhamentos e outros dados e só agora depois de 6 meses, sim 6 meses, é que vieram me falar que não tem terapia ocupacional nem tem previsão para isso, me pediram novamente os dados para então marcar o psicólogo e de novo nenhuma data para isso, as atendentes são frias e quando atendem o telefone a única coisa que falam é que todas as marcações são feitas pelo whatsapp. Acredito que esse tratamento é pq sou cliente de convênio. Não indico a ninguém!!!!! Só dei 1 estrela pq precisava marcar pra poder escrever, pq se não eu não daria nenhuma.
Terrible service, I've been waiting for months to schedule a psychologist and occupational therapy for my children, I've been asked for referrals and other data and only now after 6 months, yes 6 months, they came to tell me that they don't have occupational therapy nor do they have forecast for this, they asked me again for the data to then schedule the psychologist and again no date for that, the attendants are cold and when they answer the phone the only thing they say is that all appointments are made through whatsapp. I believe that this treatment is because I am an insurance client. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!! I only gave 1 star because I needed to mark it to be able to write, because otherwise I wouldn't give any.

I really like the clinic, very clean and the therapists are excellent!! My son has been in therapy for 6 months there. I recommend.

Minha primeira consulta foi remarcada em cima da hora, fui na semana seguindo e por distração minha esqueci o pedido médico, porém eu tinha uma foto e mesmo assim não pude ser atendida (até aí tudo bem, pois o erro foi meu) porém no momento da remarcação a atendente com muita grosseria disse que já era a segunda vez que eu tinha remarcado (sendo que não foi eu quem remarquei) expliquei para a mesma e ela nem pediu desculpa.
Sai mais triste que entrei e sem consulta.
Não recomendo!!!!

My first appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, I went the following week and because of my distraction I forgot the medical order, but I had a photo and I still couldn't be attended (so far so good, because it was my mistake) but at the moment of the rescheduling, the attendant very rudely said that it was the second time I had rescheduled (and it was not me who rescheduled) I explained to her and she didn't even apologize.
I left sadder than I entered and without consultation.
I do not recommend!!!!
