Quem lê as avaliações está preocupado se o medicamento não é farinha de trigo com maizena meus queridos !#PAZ

I was thinking that I would have a bad experience (based on the comments of people who left here) and I was surprised with a very good service! I liked the service I had and the speed to remove the medication too. I will certainly be back more often !!

Ouvi respostas grosseiras do tipo “o preço está atrás”, perdendo a oportunidade de me apresentar o produto que eu estava analisando. Ao me entregar a nota fiscal, a atendente mal olhou pra mim ou disse algo; apenas estendeu a mão com o comprovante. Esse medicamento é uma compra recorrente e mensal. Foi minha primeira experiência nessa farmácia e última. Em tempos de extrema concorrência e escassez de recursos, a fidelização do cliente vale muito! Perderam a oportunidade; uma pena.
I have just been served with a noticeable level of hostility to get my medicine. I heard rude answers like “price is behind”, missing the opportunity to introduce me to the product I was looking at. To give me the invoice, the evil attendant looked at me and said something; just reached out with the voucher. This drug is a recurring and monthly purchase. It was my first experience at this pharmacy and last. In times of extreme competition and scarcity of resources, customer loyalty is worth a lot! They lost the opportunity; a feather.

Preciso do medicamento urgente e a pessoa demorou um dia inteiro para passar as informações pelo WhatsApp, sem contar que ignoram as perguntas feitas. Não acredito que seja de confiança essa farmácia, se não tem a capacidade de prestar um bom atendimento quem dirá a capacidade de manipular uma medicação eficiente. Tô fora!
This pharmacy was recommended by the homeopath and what a disappointment! I need the medicine urgently and the person took a whole day to pass the information through WhatsApp, not to mention they ignore the questions asked. I don't believe this pharmacy is reliable, if it doesn't have the ability to provide good care, let alone the ability to handle an efficient medication. I'm out!
