★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei de viagem antes do previsto e fui buscar meu cachorro, achei muito estranho, ele estava com a cabeça toda molhada e não se aguentava de pé, só começou a melhorar 5 horas depois.
 I arrived from my trip ahead of schedule and went to pick up my dog, I thought it was very strange, his head was all wet and he couldn't stand upright, he only started to get better 5 hours later.

Fui muito bem atendida pelos sócios (Barra e Leblon) e pelos funcionários da unidade Barra, que me deixaram muito tranquila, pois Fred é grande e alérgico, o que demanda certos cuidados. Escolhi a Barra por ser mais próximo da minha casa e pelo espaço físico ser maior. Fiquei muito bem impressionada com a limpeza e o carinho de todos. O fato de ter monitores 24h é um diferencial, que deixa a gente MUITO mais tranquilo. Mandaram fotos todos os dias e respondiam prontamente às mensagens. Voltaremos com certeza! Fred adorou, fez muitos amigos e gastou muita energia. Obrigada aos monitores, tio Rogério, tia Natália e tia Aline. Lambeijos!
I needed to travel 11 days and Fred had never been with strangers. I was very well attended by the members (Barra and Leblon) and the employees of the Barra unit, who left me very calm, because Fred is big and allergic, which demands certain care. I chose Barra because it was closer to my house and because the physical space was bigger. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the affection of all. The fact of having monitors 24h is a differential, which leaves us much quieter. They sent pictures every day and responded promptly to the messages. We will be back! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um caos. Latidos a toda hora, profissionais de braços cruzados deixando a situação a mercê dos animais se acalmarem sozinhos. Um transtorno para as redondezas e apesar de alertas quanto a isso a gestão não promove melhoria e ultimamente só tem piorado o descontrole dos animais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que deixo o meu cachorro no day care do club pet ele fica doidinho querendo entrar, faz festa para os tios e chega em casa feliz demais! Isso é o melhor feedback de que ele ama estar lá e ama como é tratado! Eu, como tutora, também adoro a atenção que dão para o meu bichinho e o cuidado. Recebo fotos e vídeos dele (aprontando todas!!) ao longo do dia, sempre me passam informações de como foi o dia e me atendem muito bem! Além disso, tiveram uma super preocupação em preencher a ficha dele com os dados médicos, os dados do veterinário dele, etc. Isso me passou uma segurança incrível de que estava deixando o meu filhote em boas mãos. Recomendo demais o day care do Club Pet Barra!
Every time I leave my dog for day care at the pet club, he goes crazy wanting to get in, throws a party for his uncles and comes home so happy! That's the best feedback that he loves being there and loves how he's treated! I, as a tutor, also love the attention they give to my pet and the care. I receive photos and videos of him (getting them all ready!!) throughout the day, they always give me information on how the day was and they serve me very well! In addition, they were super concerned about filling in his form with his medical data, his veterinarian's data, etc. This gave me incredible security that I was leaving my puppy in good hands. I highly recommend the day care at Club Pet Barra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma vez o Club Pet cuidou do Apolo com toda a segurança, amor, cuidado! Apolo ficou 1 mês com eles: brincou muito, recebemos fotos diárias de como ele estava! Agradeço todo o suporte que nos deram inclusive quando o Apolo não se sentiu bem. Tivemos apoio para exames, veterinário e remédios. A Fabiana cuidou de tudo para nós e nos ajudou ainda mais quando precisávamos e estávamos fora do Brasil. Somos eternamente gratos por todo cuidado e Apoio! Apolo já está com saudades!
Once again, Club Pet took care of Apolo safely, baby, be careful! Apolo stayed with them for 1 month: he played a lot, we received daily photos of how he was! I appreciate all the support they gave us even when Apolo didn't feel well. We had support for exams, vet and medicine. Fabiana took care of everything for us and helped us even more when we needed it and we were out of Brazil. We are forever grateful for all the care and support! Apollo is already missing you!
