★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local e atendimento são excelentes. Deixo meu cãozinho no hotel quando preciso me ausentar e periodicamente na creche. Ele ADORA!!! E eu fico tranquila e confiante.
Fora os outros serviços como o de adestrador, que acertou na disciplina do meu doguinho. Nathan foi muito assertivo e competente.
E as outras equipes, administrativa, financeira, corpo de veterinários, cuidadores, banho e demais, são nota 10.
E tem transporte dos animais. Conforto pra gente!
Sem falar na proprietária, Rosane, cuja administração é impecável, a atenção e o amor pelos bichos.
Enfim, já deu para ver que sou fã da Riopet Gavea.

 The location and service are excellent. I leave my dog at the hotel when I need to go away and periodically at the crèche. He loves!!! And I am calm and confident.
Apart from the other services such as the trainer, which was correct in my little dog's discipline. Nathan was very assertive and competent.
And the other teams, administrative, financial, veterinarians, caregivers, bathing and others, are grade 10.
And there is transport for the animals. Comfort for us!
Not to mention the owner, Rosane, whose administration is impeccable, the attention and love for the animals.
Anyway, you can already see that I'm a fan of Riopet Gavea.

A felicidade está estampada no rostinho de cada uma , afinal animal é igual criança , quando não gosta fica estranho , sente medo , quando elas chegam no Rio Pet Gávea me esquecem , nem olham para trás de tão bom que faz a elas e o feed Back diário me deixa tão segura , recebo fotos , mensagens , vídeos . Eu fico impressionada como dão tanto amor pro nossos filhotes … sempre deixei minhas filhotas lá e antes mesmo . São todos responsáveis . Não tenho nada de negativo pra falar deste lugar … SEMPRE FORAM PERFEITOS … sou cliente há muitos anos e sempre serei . Obrigada a todos por tanto amor com minhas filhotas ??????
I don't have words to describe how happy my puppies are when I say let's go to daycare? Happiness is stamped on each one's face, after all, animals are just like children, when they don't like it it's weird, they're afraid, when they arrive at Rio Pet Gávea they forget me, they don't even look back it's so good it does them and feed Back diary makes me feel so safe, I get pictures, messages, videos. I'm impressed how much love they give to our puppies… I've always left my puppies there and even before. They are all responsible. I have nothing negative to say about this place… THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PERFECT… I have been a customer for many years and will always be. Thank you all for so much love with my puppies ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelente! Precisei viajar com urgência e meu cachorro estava operado. O cirurgião me indicou a Rio Pet e eles cuidaram do pós operatório com todo amor. Me mandavam vídeos e fotos diariamente e estavam sempre à disposição para fazer oq o cachorro precisasse. Ele ficou muito bem por mais de um mês. Confio de olhos fechados.
Excellent place! I needed to travel urgently and my dog was operated on. The surgeon referred me to Rio Pet and they took care of the post-op with all love. They sent me videos and photos daily and were always available to do whatever the dog needed. He was fine for over a month. I trust with my eyes closed.

A atenção dos donos e funcionários é demais! Já ficou hospedada por 04 dias( incluindo final de semana!) e foi muito tranquilo!Agradeço muito por este espaço existir!
My Anahí has been at the Riopet Gávea crèche for around 2 months! And its development has been wonderful! She goes to and from the daycare very happy! The attention of owners and employees is awesome! She has already stayed for 04 days (including the weekend!) and it was very quiet! Thank you so much for this space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já deixei meu cachorro, um Cavalier, algumas vezes aos cuidados do RioPet e só tenho elogios a fazer. O que mais me chama atenção é a atenção e o carinho com que tratam nossos caes. O envio dos vídeos (vários diariamente) é maravilhoso e nos tranquiliza muito. Todo os funcionários, sem exceção amam animais. Já deixei ele em outros lugares e ainda não encontrei nenhum que pudesse ser comparado ao RIOPET.
I have left my dog, a Cavalier, a few times in the care of RioPet and I have nothing but praise for it. What catches my attention the most is the attention and affection with which they treat our dogs. The sending of the videos (several daily) is wonderful and reassures us a lot. All employees, without exception, love animals. I've left it in other places and I still haven't found any that could be compared to RIOPET.

Seguindo sua indicação, deixei com ele o meu filhote chamado Basalto, da raça Rastreador Brasileiro, para participar de uma reunião de trabalho. Fiquei bem impressionado com o profissionalismo da equipe, que conta até mesmo com veterinários e adestradores. Pelas fotos, dava para ver a alegria dos cães. O Basalto parecia querer voar de alegria! Eu recomendo.
I already knew the excellent work of trainer Nathan Rodrigues, from the Riopet Gávea team. Following his indication, I left with him my puppy called Basalt, of the Brazilian Rastreador breed, to participate in a work meeting. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team, which even includes veterinarians and trainers. From the photos, you could see the joy of the dogs. Basalt seemed to want to fly for joy! I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos a nossa cachorra, Stella, dois dias no day care em dezembro e hospedada por 3 dias enquanto viajamos no início do ano. Ficamos mais do que satisfeitos com os cuidados que a equipe teve com a Stella. Todos os dias nos passaram informações sobre a estadia dela e deram a ela todos os cuidados necessários. O serviço de taxi que oferecem é também bastante confiável, utilizamos três vezes. Stella adorou os dias que passou no RioPet. Quando a buscamos ela estava muito feliz, até mesmo na piscina ela brincou pela primeira vez. Recomendamos muitíssimo o RioPet, a equipe é altamente qualificada.
We dropped off our dog, Stella, for two days at the day care in December and stayed for 3 days while traveling earlier in the year. We were more than satisfied with the care the team took with Stella. Every day they gave us information about her stay and gave her all the necessary care. The taxi service they offer is also quite reliable, we use it three times. Stella loved her days at RioPet. When we picked her up she was very happy, even in the pool she played for the first time. We highly recommend RioPet, the team is highly qualified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophia our golden retriever loves her time at Riopet Gávea! She goes once a week for daycare and has a blast swimming all day! Also she spent 5 weeks there while we were in the US. It was a very long stay for her but I knew that she would be happy to be there. The staff loves the dogs like their own and makes sure they are well taken care of. I got pictures and updates almost everyday so I could see how great Sophia was doing. She loves swimming and was able to swim daily and play with all her friends. I highly recommend Riopet Gavea for daycare and overnight care!
