Neste pet, vacinei a "Linda", comprei bebedouro de bilha, ração, brinquedos, fiz até ultrassonografia. E o melhor foi a disponibilidade e apoio de todos para o parto dela! Atendimento nota 1000!! Sou muito grato e recomendo!!!

Levamos nosso felino macho pra castrar nesta empresa. Além dos exames rotineiros pedidos pela mesma, pedimos exames complementares. Isso até causou admiração por parte da equipe dessa empresa pelo excesso de zelo. O motivo de pedirmos exames complementares? Nesta mesma clínica um outro felino meu havia falecido há alguns anos atrás.
Tendo todos os exames prontos, os profissionais afirmaram que o meu felino estava apto pra castração.
Logo após o procedimento de castração, infelizmente o meu felino veio a óbito. A alegação da clínica foi simples: que o felino teve mal súbito.
Além da dor da perda, me surpreendeu negativamente o fato dos profissionais não saberem lidar com a nossa indignação. Ninguém perde um ente querido nessas condições e consegue manter a cabeça fria e simplesmente lamentar sem questionar.
Durante o questionamento, fomos tratados com desprezo por uma funcionária (ou sócia), que não soube amparar e sim buscar justificativas através das experiências pessoais dela pelo ocorrido. O argumento foi: "Você sabe o que é perder alguém com dois anos?" Me solidarizo com as experiências tristes de todas as pessoas. Mas o momento ali era de demonstrar, no mínimo, solidariedade.
Diante dessa resposta, de tanto desprezo e falta de empatia, pedi para que essa moça se calasse. Nada ali foi de graça. Me senti no direito de reclamar.
Enfim, que a empresa possa melhorar no tratamento diante desse tipo de situação.

We took our male feline to castrate this company. In addition to the routine exams requested by the same, we ask for complementary exams. This even caused admiration on the part of the team of this company for the excess of zeal. Why do we ask for complementary exams? In this same clinic, another feline of mine had died some years ago.
Having all the exams ready, the professionals stated that my cat was fit for neutering.
Soon after the castration procedure, unfortunately my feline died. The clinic's claim was simple: that the cat had a sudden illness.
In addition to the pain of loss, I was surprised by the fact that the professionals did not know how to deal with our indignation. Nobody loses a loved one in these conditions and manages to keep a cool head and simply regret without question.
During the questioning, we were treated with contempt by an employee (or partner), who did not know how to support but sought justification through her personal experiences for what happened. The argument was, "Do you know what it's like to lose someone at the age of two?" I sympathize with the sad experiences of all people. But the moment there was to show, at the very least, solidarity.
Faced with this response, with so much contempt and lack of empathy, I asked this girl to be silent. Nothing there was free. I felt entitled to complain.
Finally, that the company can improve its treatment in the face of this type of situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MARAVILHOSO! Eu frequento essa clínica veterinária a mais de 10 anos, toda a sua equipe com atendimento diferenciado,coisa que realmente nunca presenciei em outra clínica. Adquiri a minha filha de quatro patas nessa clínica, sem problemas de saúde. Vale ressaltar que aos 50 dias de idade, a minha filhinha de 4 patas caiu do meu colo e quebrou a patinha e logo fui atendida pelo profissionais e me deram todo atendimento.Anos depois minha filha fez parto nessa clínica, foi fantástico toda atenção,e profissionalismo. Confio demais nessa clínica

Tomam todas as vacinas pois sempre ligam e avisam as datas revacinação, novas vacinas que surgem são sempre avisadas, preocupação na saúde. Já castrei os meus e tomam banhos periódicos, sempre voltam felizes e cheirosos.
A iniciativa de um projeto de castração viabilizando acesso a todos mostra a preocupação de bem estar animal!

They take all vaccines because they always call and warn revaccination dates, new vaccines that come up are always warned, health concern. I have already castrated mine and take regular baths, they always come back happy and smelling.
The initiative of a castration project enabling access to all shows the concern for animal welfare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito bem equipado, profissionais gabaritados e carinhosos. Meus 4 pets, a da minha mãe e da minha irmã são cuidados por essa equipe. Já castramos, fizemos limpeza de tártaro e deu tudo certo! A groomer é super talentosa. Os veterinários após as consultas sempre fazem feedback para o acompanhamento e nos lembram das vacinas. Inclusive já tive atendimento de emergência em pleno Natal, para que minha cadela idosa pudesse tratar de uma cardiopatia importante. Nota mil!

The groomer is super talented. Veterinarians after consultations always provide feedback for follow-up and remind us of vaccines.
