★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há muito tempo lavamos o carro na Gávea & Citta Auto Care, mas hoje, fui induzido a fazer o “enceramento com máquina” com intuito para tirar as manchas provocadas pelos frutos de amendoeiras, fui informado que TODAS as manchas seriam removidas, o valor cobrado seria R$240,00 concedeu um desconto saindo pelo valor de R$200,00. Ao pegar o veículo várias manchas ainda existiam e a replica foi, “essas são antigas e não saem”...fiquei decepcionado com a atitude da empresa, induzir a um serviço que não teria o objetivo alcançado e cobrar por ele! Lavar o carro, de novo, nesse local pensarei duas vezes.
A long time ago we washed the car at Gávea & Citta Auto Care, but today, I was induced to do the "machine waxing" in order to remove the stains caused by the fruits of almond trees, I was informed that ALL stains would be removed, the amount charged would be R$240.00 granted a discount for R$200.00. When picking up the vehicle, several stains still existed and the reply was, “these are old and don't come out”... I was disappointed with the company's attitude, inducing a service that would not have the objective achieved and charging for it! Wash the car again, I'll think twice about that place.
