★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez comprando no Clube do ingresso e ultima. Eles ficaram com o dinheiro do ingresso dos fãs do Tokio hotel e junto com a W+ Entertainment estao se negando a devolver o dinheiro dos fãs. Um absurdo!!!!!
 First time buying at Clube do Ingresso and last. They took the ticket money from Tokio hotel fans and together with W+ Entertainment are refusing to refund the fans' money. An absurd!!!!!

I have already sent emails to you, none answered, not even the website form you are asking to fill out. On instagram, they only decide what they want. On facebook, view and nothing. I just need the cancellation codes for my tickets, is it that hard?

Thieves -Don't buy anything for this pickaxe company, I bought 4 tickets for the Show of Roupas Nova and they don't want to return the money, I bought in February 2020 and the show has already been postponed 4 times, I want my money back.

Nem mesmo enviam email de confirmação do recebimento do formulário, não respondem e não atendem o telefone por causa do "isolamento social", que piada, a única empresa no mundo que tá em quarentena é o clube do ingresso porque tá com o dinheiro dos shows cancelados no bolso e não quer devolver, criminosos, vão responder judicialmente.
They took advantage of the pandemic to steal money from the Brazilians, bandits. They don't even send an email confirming receipt of the form, they don't answer and they don't answer the phone because of "social isolation", what a joke, the only company in the world that is quarantined is the ticket club because it has the money from the shows canceled in your pocket and do not want to return, criminals will respond in court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou mais um que foi roubado pela empresa. Show cancelado em Março de 2020, não foi remarcado até hoje e não recebi nenhum reembolso. É de uma má fé absurda se aproveitar de uma pandemia para roubar o dinheiro de tantas pessoas!
I'm another one who was robbed by the company. Show canceled in March 2020, has not been rescheduled until today and I have not received any refunds. It is absurdly bad faith to take advantage of a pandemic to steal so many people's money!
