★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Mudaram o lugar e dia do Harry Potter in concert de um teatro para um estádio, telões com visão obstruída, péssima organização e atrasou evento! Pior, não tinha lugares para todos que pagaram por setores mais caros! Sac não responde! Péssima e desonesta empresa! Nunca mais!
 Terrible!!! They changed the place and day of the Harry Potter in concert from a theater to a stadium, screens with obstructed vision, terrible organization and delayed the event! Worse, there were no seats for everyone who paid for more expensive sectors! Sac doesn't answer! Lousy and dishonest company! Never!

Sem nenhum meio de comunicação com a compreingressos!!
I bought tickets more than a week ago and so far, I haven't received the email with the vouchers. I try to access my account the invalid username / password ... phone unavailable ... I sent an email and returned!
Without any means of communication with compreingressos !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Poderia dar menos que uma estrela. Cancelaram o evento da Casa dos Bruxos e não recebi o reembolso até hoje (2 meses depois). Ligo para empresa o telefone não está recebendo chamadas. O e-mail de contato diz que não existe. Fui literalmente roubada!!
Terrible. It could give less than a star. They canceled the Casa dos Bruxos event and I haven't received a refund until today (2 months later). I call company the phone is not receiving calls. The contact email says it doesn't exist. I was literally stolen !!

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY BUY TICKETS. They were left to refund the Harry Potter Concert tickets and so far nothing. I filed a complaint with PROCON and the company still did not return. neglect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não resolveram a devolução do valor doo ingresso referente a mudança de data em SP do evento Harry Potter. Não resolveram nada até agora dia 11/06/2018 desde 8/03/2018. Já são 3 meses. Uma vergonha!
They did not resolve the return of the value of the ticket referring to the date change in SP of the Harry Potter event. They haven't solved anything so far on 11/06/2018 since 8/03/2018. It's been 3 months. A shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrela pra essa empresa ainda é muito! Cancelaram o evento Casa dos Bruxos sem avisarem, e o evento Harry Potter In Concert foi totalmente o contrário do que venderam. Eu comprei um ingresso caro pra ir em um teatro e foi em um estadio de futebol com som pessimo, a tela pessima, e sem os lugares de acento. RIDICULO! Mais ridiculo ainda que ja recorri a vários setores e NADA de pagarem meu dinheiro. Uma pessima empresa!
1 star for this company is still a lot! They canceled the House of Wizards event without warning, and the Harry Potter In Concert event was quite the opposite of what they sold. I bought an expensive ticket to go to a theater and it was in a football stadium with a bad sound, a bad screen, and without the seats. RIDICULOUS! Even more ridiculous that I have already resorted to various sectors and NOTHING to pay my money. A very bad company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com esta empresa. Alteraram a data do evento Harry Potter In Concert em cima da hora. Por conta desta alteração, solicitei cancelamento dos meus ingressos e o estorno do valor de R$ 450,00 me foi prometido para Março/18. Nada me foi devolvido ainda - quase 6 meses depois - e a empresa ignora todas as formas de contato que tento. Não passam posicionamento, nenhuma satisfação aos clientes. Péssima postura. Se soubesse que agiriam desta forma, jamais teria adquirido os ingressos. Não recomendo sob nenhuma hipótese a Compre Ingressos. Já fiz reclamações por diversas vias de contato e ignoram deliberadamente, sendo a única solução a via judicial.
Bad experience with this company. They changed the date of the Harry Potter In Concert event at the last minute. Because of this change, I requested cancellation of my tickets and a refund of R $ 450.00 was promised to me for March / 18. Nothing has been returned to me yet - almost 6 months later - and the company ignores all forms of contact I try. They do not pass positioning, no satisfaction to customers. Bad posture. If I had known that they would act this way, I would never have purchased tickets. Under no circumstances do I recommend Buy Tickets. I have already made complaints through various means of contact and deliberately ignore them, the only solution being the judicial one.
