★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was completely new to BJJ; however I''ve been taking private lessons under Synthio and I've already learnt a lot in 2 weeks due to his excellent teaching methods.
I will be training at Clube Osvaldo Alves for around 3 months in total and the family-like atmosphere is great! Everyone is very supportive and helpful with each other which inspires a very special learning environment.
The location is great (2 minute walk from Posto 2) and the common languages spoken are Portuguese, English and also some Spanish.
When I return to Rio I'll be coming back to Clube Osvaldo Alves for sure! Thanks guys.
