★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando o pessoal fala aqui que o atendimento é péssimo, estão sendo educados. Bem diferente da funcionária que atende telefone e passa informações. Pessoa sem profissionalismo e debochada.
 When people here say that the service is terrible, they are being polite. Very different from the employee who answers the phone and gives information. Unprofessional and debauched person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo por telefone,liguei hoje no celular, a moça nem deixou eu terminar de falar e já foi dando resposta de supetão.. precisa realizar uma reciclagem de atendimento ao público. Infelizmente não tem opção de colocar sem estrelas.
Terrible service by phone, I called today on the cell phone, the girl didn't even let me finish talking and she was already giving a sudden answer.. she needs to perform a recycling service to the public. Unfortunately there is no option to put no stars.

Terrible service. The attendants don't say the same thing. Each gives different information. And they only accept payment in cash. Can it? Ridiculous!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem precisei fazer um exame nesse local, a médica ginecologista obstetra que realizou meu exame foi desnecessariamente ríspida. O exame foi extremamente doloroso, mas acho que ajudaria se a médica fosse mais gentil. Espero nunca mais ter que voltar ao CMI.
Yesterday I needed to have an exam in that place, the obstetrician gynecologist who performed my exam was unnecessarily harsh. The exam was extremely painful, but I think it would help if the doctor were kinder. I hope I never have to go back to the CMI again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podem ter ótimos médicos, mas o atendimento é horrível, não tem comunicação. Fui até a clínica no dia anterior perguntando se o médico ao qual queria fazer consulta atendia o meu plano, no dia seguinte fiquei o dia todo esperando na fila como todo brasileiro e quando fui atendido, o médico não atendia ao meu plano....
They may have great doctors, but the service is horrible, there is no communication. I went to the clinic the day before asking if the doctor I wanted to consult met my plan, the next day I was waiting in line like every Brazilian and when I was seen, the doctor did not meet my plan....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 6h 50 min, peguei senha de prioridade por estar gestante de 7 meses, mas só fui ser atendida às 12h. Fiquei esperando em um corredor mal climatizado, com telhas transparentes. E só fui atendida porque fui atrás da atendente para questionar o porquê da demora. O médico me atendeu super bem. Mas a estrutura da clínica e toda a espera justificam bem a única estrela...
