★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, funcionários mal educados e desqualificados para atendimento. Sem falar no atendimento pelo telefone que não existe, eu liguei umas 20 vezes no fixo e ninguém atende.
Terrible, poorly educated and disqualified employees for service. Not to mention the telephone service that doesn't exist, I called the landline about 20 times and nobody answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha sogra para uma consulta e infelizmente o atendimento da recepção no dia 17/03/2021 foi péssimo, duas recepcionistas/atendentes bem mau educadas, pois iniciou na abertura da porta, pois sabiam que estávamos na porta e simplesmente abriram e minha esposa que perguntou se poderia entrar e logo que entramos pediram a documentação para fazer a ficha de forma rispida, sugiro uma atenção melhor para o atendimento, pois não é de graça e seus clientes são a principal fonte da sustentabilidade do negócio. Quanto ao atendimento médico está de parabéns! Manifesto apenas uma estrela, pois o atendimento é uma parte importante do negócio e precisa estar no olhar da gestão. Espero que tenham um mínimo dr preocupação em averiguar.
I took my mother-in-law for an appointment and unfortunately the reception service on 03/17/2021 was terrible, two very polite receptionists / attendants, because it started at the door opening, because they knew we were at the door and they just opened it and my wife who he asked if he could come in and as soon as we got in he asked for the documentation to make the file as quick as possible, I suggest a better attention to the service, as it is not free and your customers are the main source of business sustainability. As for medical care, congratulations! Manifest just one star, because service is an important part of the business and needs to be in the eyes of management. I hope you have a minimum of care to find out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, na recepção fui só buscar uma informação, e a recepcionista nem olha no rosto da pessoa só me disse que a informação que buscava estava descrito num papel colado no balcão. Nem se quer olhou com quem estava falando. Péssimo atendimento, voltei triste pq uma clínica tão conhecida nesta cidade com um atendimento tão mal.meu sogro ja fez tratamento lá, os médicos sao ótimos educados demais estão de parabéns, mas a recepção deixa a desejar e muito.
