★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguimos nenhuma informação através do telefone nem WhatsApp, pois os mesmos não atendem, todos os e-mails divulgados no site dão mensagem de falha de envio.
Uma verdadeira falta de respeito com a população que necessita de atendimento, nenhuma orientação de como realizar o agendamento.
Estou a semanas tentando um contato pra agendar mamografia para minha mãe.
We can't get any information over the phone or WhatsApp, as they don't answer, all emails published on the site give a message of sending failure.
A real lack of respect for the population in need of care, no guidance on how to schedule.
I've been trying for weeks to get a contact to schedule a mammogram for my mom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou chateada com Hospital do amor, desde Outubro Rosa, estou tentando agendar mamografia, fui nas carretas de atendimentos, sempre com poucas senhas, preenchi um formulário na antiga Fepasa com várias outras mulheres que ficaram sem atendimento e até agora nenhum para retorno , já passou novembro azul e nada...porque fazem tanta propaganda senão tem atendimento para as mulheres.
I'm upset with Hospital do amor, since Pink October, I've been trying to schedule a mammogram, I went to the service trucks, always with few passwords, I filled out a form at the old Fepasa with several other women who had no treatment and so far none for return, it's already passed. blue november and nothing...because they do so much advertising but there is service for women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No inicio de outubro consegui agendar a mamografia e o papa Nicolau!na data quê fui para fazer os exames 1 mês e meio depois não consegui fazer o papa Nicolau pois não tinha material!no exame da mamografia doeu demais!qual foi minha surpresa quando fui buscar o resultado foi me entregue somente um papel sem raio X junto!achei estranho a primeira coisa quê um médico olha sempre o raio X valeu a experiência única!

I found it strange the first thing a doctor always looks at the X-ray was worth the unique experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj contactei a unidade pelo número que é whatsapp também. Como é "zap empresa" demorou mas responderam. Resumindo: Nao tem ginecologista e so fazem mamografia e papanicolau que está suspenso por tempo indeterminado. Tudo tem que ser agendado pelo centro de saúde e ai todos sabem como é. O que mata nao sao as doencas mas sim a burocracia administrativa.
Today I contacted the unit by the number that is whatsapp too. How is "zap company" took a while but they responded. In short: there is no gynecologist and they only do mammograms and pap smears that are suspended indefinitely. Everything has to be scheduled by the health center and then everyone knows how it is. What kills are not diseases but administrative bureaucracy.

Lívia e toda sua equipe, anestecista, assistentes, enfermeiras, muito carinhosas, competentes, excelentes profissionais. Só Deus para pagar o que fizeram e continuaram fazendo por mim nessa fazer difícil que estou enfrentando com a ajuda desse Hospital que realmente é só amor, muito obrigada mesmo do porteiro ao corpo clínico.
I was diagnosed and underwent breast surgery at Hospital de Amor Campinas. I want to thank the mastologist Dr. Lívia and all her team, anesthetist, assistants, nurses, very caring, competent, excellent professionals. Only God to pay for what they did and continued to do for me in this difficult task I'm facing with the help of this Hospital that really is just love, thank you very much from the doorman to the clinical staff.
