Que tipo de mĂ©dico Ă© esse que atende o paciente e nĂŁo faz um acompanhamento adequado, pedi exames ao paciente aĂ o paciente faz os exames e ao tentar fazer o retorno a secretĂĄria afirma que o mesmo nĂŁo pega retornos , e se quiser pode deixar os exames no balcĂŁo ,ou seja , a conversa com o paciente nĂŁo tem a mĂnima importĂąncia.
Não recomendo este médico a ninguém.

â â â â â Estou hĂĄ uma semana tentando marcar o retorno e nĂŁo consigo. Simplesmente nĂŁo atendem o telefone. Quando o fazem, dizem que estĂŁo sem sistema, com muita gente no balcĂŁo, etc. Ăs vezes desligam na sua cara. Vou ter de procurar outro mĂ©dico para dar sequĂȘncia ao atendimento.

Minha avĂł idosa, com o pĂ© quebrado, e nĂŁo podendo ficar sentada por muito tempo por conta de 8 pinos na coluna, chegou no horĂĄrio marcado Ă s 15:00 e sĂł foi atendida as 18:15. A recepcionista extremamente grossa com o pacientes, informa que a consulta Ă© por ordem de chegada, mas vĂĄrias pessoas que chegaram apĂłs minha avĂł foram atendidas. Percebemos que estĂĄs eram paciente particulares, e nĂŁo do convĂȘnio. Falta de respeito com todos.
Pior que a rede pĂșblica.
