Estamos insatisfeitos e não recomendamos.

Já fui assinante, ficava dias sem Internet, tinha que fazer ligação do celular para o suporte que demorava e muitas vezes não atendiam , e quando atendiam, é claro que não resolviam, fui obrigado a cancelar pois eu não tinha Internet. Sempre paguei em dia. Estão me cobrando até hoje uma multa, sendo que não fizeram o que estava no contrato, o básico, fornecer internet. Não recomendo

Sábado 23/04/22 bem no sábado a internet para de pegar e fala que se não retornar até domingo 24/04/22, a equipe técnica irá vir na segunda feira 25/04/22, então se n voltar irei ficar sem internet por 2 dias ???? Não recomendo essa internet a ninguém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou Arrasada o transtorno que essa empresa me causou, internet péssima já cheguei ficar 3 dias sem internet com filhos estudando online e eu trabalho com internet, me trouxe transtorno e prejuízo tinha que ir na minha mãe para trabalhar da internet dela, não gosto de reclamar sobre nada mais pra mim foi o fim hj uma empresa de cobrança me contatar porque essa super empresa quer protestar meu nome isso nunca ocorreu comigo, mais eu vou ir lá, a vou, empresa sem ética nenhuma, não me comunicarão e estão me cobrando algo que eu não usei, um dos funcionários veio até buscar o roteador aqui rsrs... Afffff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a cada dia mais insatisfeito e decidi entrar em contato com Anatel e procon, pois eles oferecem 100megas.
E desde que eu instalei em casa recebo na faixa de 30,20,15,10 ou 7, sem contar a instabilidade nunca vi internet por fibra cair tanto ou oscilar tanto o sinal.
Já trocaram meu receptor 2 vezes e nada.
Mês passado fiquei 3 dias sem internet por falha na rede em Itupeva, e hoje estou sem internet por falha da rede em Itupeva, detalhe moro em Cabreúva.
Aconselho a não adquirir esse provedor pois não funciona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era uma internet boa mas hoje em dia o atendimento e péssimos para suporte técnico, estou desde o dia 8 sem internet ai agendei pro técnico vir hoje porque é o dia que tem gente em casa e hoje nao vieram resolver o problema, entrei em contato e fui informada que o técnico nao achou meu endereço, sendo que ontem dia 11 o técnico me ligou perguntando se podia antecipar a visita ja que estava aqui na minha rua, eu informei que nao tinha ninguém na residência então fiquei aguardando hoje que era o dia que estava agendado e nada, a atendente informou que iria ter que reagendar pra segunda pois nao havia mais vaga de técnico pra atender um agendamento do dia 8, mas como informei no atendimento do dia 8 nao tem ninguém na residência durante o dia na semana ou seja iria ter que reagendar pro dia 19 próximo sábado e mais uma semana sem acesso.
Estou realmente muito decepcionada com este atendimento deles, sempre utilizei esta internet e nunca tive problemas, mas agora e esta baita dor de cabeça.
Enfim, Vou procurar a Anatel pra me ajudar.
Sem contar que mes passado fiquei uns dias sem internet porque eles estavam com problemas na rede em Itupeva e me cobraram o valor cheio, sendo que solicitamos o abatimento dos dias que nao utilizei o serviço.
