★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma escola que não respeita as leis do município, não respeita seus próprios alunos, muito menos o bairro onde está inserida. Que tipo de cidadãos ela pode ajudar a formar? Há mais de seis meses venho tentando dialogar com a escola, aguardando que a nova quadra seja coberta, de forma a garantir que os alunos estejam protegidos e possam manter suas atividades na quadra mesmo em dias de frio e chuva (como a própria responsável pela escola disse ser necessário) e garantir que os ruídos produzidos pelas atividades passem a ficar dentro dos limites estipulados pela lei do nosso município.
As crianças têm todo o direito de brincar e fazer barulho, cabe à escola cobrir a quadra para assegurar que o ruído não prejudique outras pessoas, como bebês, idosos, pessoas acamadas, profissionais que trabalham em casa ou em turnos.
Nas diversas tentativas de diálogo com a escola (tudo registrado), a responsável alegou certas dificuldades para concluir a obra como manda a lei, mas mostrou não ser verdade, pois realizou reformas na fachada logo em seguida. No meu último contato, nem mesmo obtive resposta, apesar da confirmação de abertura do e-mail.
Diante da falta de responsabilidade, ética e respeito, estou juntando a medição que contratei com meus próprios custos e também toda a documentação que comprova prejuízos profissionais nos últimos meses para denunciar e processar a escola. É um caminho mais demorado, difícil para ambos os lados, mas que irei trilhar com paciência para que sirva de exemplo a outros estabelecimentos desse tipo.

For more than six months I have been trying to talk to the school, waiting for the new court to be covered, in order to ensure that students are protected and can keep their activities on the court even on cold and rainy days (as the person responsible for the school itself) said it is necessary) and ensure that the noise produced by the activities is within the limits stipulated by the law of our municipality.
Children have every right to play and make noise, it is up to the school to cover the court to ensure that the noise does not harm other people, such as babies, the elderly, bedridden people, professionals who work at home or on shifts.
In the various attempts at dialogue with the school (all recorded), the official claimed certain difficulties in completing the work as required by law, but proved not to be true, as she carried out reforms to the façade shortly thereafter. On my last contact, I didn't even get a response, despite the confirmation of opening the email.
Given the lack of responsibility, ethics and respect, I am adding the measurement I contracted with my own costs and also all the documentation that proves professional losses in the last months to denounce and sue the school. It is a more time-consuming and difficult path for both sides, but I will be patiently following it so that it can serve as an example to other establishments of this type.
