Good service, they are the owners who attend you directly, and you cknsegue follow all the procedures (bath, consultations, etc) if you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível liguei meio dia para marcar banho e tosa nos meus 2 cachorros a atendente disse q estava marcado para as 16h chegando lá ela disse q atrasou por causa dos outros cães lá e q só iria atender 2h depois ou seja as 18h
Falta de profissionalismo já q das 13h as 16h ela não poderia ter me telefonado para avisar?
Oi seja sai de lá sem fazer nada nos meus bichinhos pq eu não vou deixar eles passarem estress 2h pq a atendente mal informada não sabe trabalhar direto.

Ela disse 1 hora mais depois falou q no mínimo era 2h para q eles fossem atendidos não tem desculpas se o teve atraso em 3h ela teve tempo de me avisar?
Moro longe e fui lá esperando ser atendida e não foi o q aconteceu ela nem se desculpou pelo ocorrido atendente ou proprietária deveria respeitar mais os clientes
Horrible experience I called noon to schedule a bath and groom my 2 dogs the attendant said it was scheduled for 4 pm arriving there she said she was late because of the other dogs there and she would only attend 2 hours later or at 6 pm
Lack of professionalism since q from 13:00 to 16:00 couldn't she have called me to let me know?
Hi, get out of there without doing anything to my pets because I'm not going to let them go through the stress of 2 hours because the attendant misinformed doesn't know how to work directly.
I will never go back there
She said 1 hour later she said it was at least 2h for them to be attended to there is no excuse if it was delayed by 3h did she have time to let me know?
I live far away and I went there hoping to be assisted and that's not what happened, she didn't even apologize for what happened, the attendant or owner should respect the customers more
