 They repaired a TV under warranty and one that was no longer. In both cases everything went well. The service is also great. The staff is very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a minha tv para consertar a imagem . Além de não consertarem, devolveram com outro defeito, pois agora não funciona o áudio da tv. Ainda entregaram a tv toda solta.

Algo que poderia ser respondido em 1 dia. LIXO ANTIPROFISSIONAL. FUJAM DESSA LOJA, vão perder tempo e esforços em levar seu aparelho neles. Nunca mais levo nada nessa loja
I asked for a quote on the repair of a Samsung TV, they spent almost 1 week with my TV to answer that I had no part, and I didn't even have a budget. Something that could be answered in 1 day. ANTIPROFISSIONAL TRASH. FLEE FROM THIS STORE, they will waste time and efforts to take your device in them. I never take anything back to this store

Péssima experiência. Deixei minha tv para orçamento no dia 03/03 e no dia 08/03 depois que liguei duas vezes e não tive resposta, fui a loja e retirei minha tv sem conserto. Atendente debochada, não me ligaram para qq informação. Na 2a vez que liguei, disseram que ainda não tinha orçamento, quando cheguei na loja, já tinha orçamento, por uma peça que custa r$ 200,00 queriam me cobrar r$ 390,00 e r$ 610,00 de mão de obra. A atendente disse que não tiveram tempo de ligar para passar o orçamento devido ao grande movimento sendo que a loja estava às moscas. Não aceitei e retirei minha tv assim mesmo, se não me entregassem estava pronta para ir à delegacia. Maus profissionais, incompetentes, debochados. Não deixem seus aparelhos lá, eles só enrolam, não informam nada por telefone e fazem orçamentos absurdos. Fiquem espertos. Não conhecia a loja e lá não piso nunca mais. Só não tomei outra atitude pq me entregaram a tv e botaram o galho dentro.

Bad experience. I left my tv for budget on 03/03 and on 03/08 after I called twice and had no answer, I went to the store and removed my tv without repair. Debauched attendant, they didn't call me for any information. The 2nd time I called, they said I still didn't have a quote, when I arrived at the store, I already had a quote, for a piece that costs r$ 200.00 they wanted to charge me r$ 390.00 and r$ 610.00 for labor. The attendant said that they didn't have time to call to pass the budget due to the great movement and the store was at flies. I didn't accept it and removed my TV anyway, if they didn't give it to me I was ready to go to the police station. Bad professionals, incompetent, debauched. Don't leave your devices there, they just roll around, don't tell you anything over the phone and make absurd quotes. Get smart. I didn't know the store and I'll never go there again. I just didn't take any other action because they gave me the TV and put the branch inside.
