Marcaram uma consulta às 9 da manhã e as 10:40 ninguém tinha aberto a clínica, perguntei pros comerciantes ao lado e eles falaram que sempre fica alguém esperando abrir e nada, pq eles marcam cedo e não vão... Inclusive ouvi muitos "boa sorte". Desisti e mais tarde ao ligar pra lá me disseram que houve um imprevisto e não olharam a agenda pra me comunicar do erro! Achei um absurdo!!!! IRRESPONSÁVEIS, SEM RESPEITO E SEM COMPROMISSO!
Total lack of commitment. They made an appointment at 9 in the morning and at 10:40 no one had opened the clinic, I asked the traders next door and they said that there is always someone waiting to open and nothing, 'cause they make an appointment early and they won't ... I even heard many "good luck". I gave up and later on calling there they told me that there was an unforeseen event and did not look at the agenda to communicate the error! I found it absurd !!!! IRRESPONSIBLE, WITHOUT RESPECT AND WITHOUT COMMITMENT!
