★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda vez que pedi neste estabelecimento e a refeição sempre vem com atraso ou algum problema, tentei reclamar no aplicativo mas o mesmo não se deu nem o trabalho de responder. Péssimo profissionalismo, se podemos chamar de profissionais.
 Second time I ordered at this establishment and the meal always comes late or has some problem, I tried to complain in the app but it didn't even bother to answer. Terrible professionalism, if you can call it professionals.

O gerente ou dono estava muito bêbado e continuava bebendo e xingando palavrões com um funcionário atencioso e jovem que tentava correr para atender aos pedidos. Nem a máquina de cartão estava funcionando bem. E não tinha troco para receber em dinheiro. PIX, também não tinha. Teria sido mil vezes melhor ir ao burger king. Não volto mais no Come Lanches Buritis. Péssima experiência como um todo.
The sandwich was very dry, without flavor, and it took too long. The manager or owner was very drunk and continued drinking and cursing with a friendly young employee who tried to run to take orders. Not even the card machine was working well. And there was no change to receive in cash. PIX, it didn't have either. It would have been a thousand times better to go to burger king. I'm not coming back to Come Lanches Buritis. Bad experience as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, fizemos um pedido as 19:30.... as 21:00 entramos em contato para averiguar o motivo da demora na entrega, disseram que estava a caminho, agora são 22:00, o pedido não chegou e o telefone não atende mais, absurdo, completo descaso. E o pior é que o pagamento já foi realizado via PIX.
Bad experience, we placed an order at 19:30.... at 21:00 we got in touch to find out the reason for the delay in delivery, they said it was on the way, now it's 22:00, the order hasn't arrived and the phone doesn't meets more, absurd, complete disregard. And the worst thing is that the payment has already been made via PIX.
