Querem atender os clientes muito rapidamente e é um transtorno para fazer troca.
Prefiro ir para uma unidade mais distante desta empresa porque a FerroNorte Leste não tem bom atendimento.
The variety of products is good, but sellers don't have the patience to explain or to look for the product when the customer doesn't know the material specifications in technical terms.
They want to serve customers very quickly and it's a hassle to make a switch.
I prefer to go to a unit further away from this company because FerroNorte Leste does not have good service.
