Porém a pessoa que me atendeu pelo whatsapp, profissional e Pessoa incrível, me deu suporte e resolveu esse conflito de eu pagar por serviço não prestado, agradeço muito ao profissional e Pessoa que ele é!
Terrible with the technician who said he didn't refund the amount, as he couldn't fix my fridge... But the person who attended me through whatsapp, professional and Amazing person, gave me support and resolved this conflict of me paying for service not provided , I am very grateful to the professional and person he is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive experiência em conserto, mas fica como uma crítica construtiva. No WhatsApp o atendimento é ótimo , mas o Sr Roberto não tem esta habilidade no trato ao telefone. Questionei a cobrança da visita e simplesmente desligou na minha cara.
I haven't had any repair experience, but this is constructive criticism. On WhatsApp, the service is great, but Mr. Roberto doesn't have this skill in dealing with the phone. I questioned the charge for the visit and he just hung up on me.
