★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma furadeira Makita pra fazer um orçamento no dia 30/07 e me falaram que dariam um retorno em 4 dias. Somente ontem, dia 12/08 que o orçamento ficou pronto. Falta de comprometimento com o cliente. Detalhe que no dia em que levei fazer orçamento gastei mais de R$800,00 na loja. Fica como uma crítica construtiva!!
 I took a Makita drill to make a budget on 07/30 and they told me they would pay back in 4 days. Only yesterday, 12/08 that the budget was ready. Lack of commitment to the customer. Detail that the day I took budget I spent more than $ 800.00 in the store. It is like a constructive criticism !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, uma má vontade de atender cliente, primeiro tem q botar o papo em dia, resolver questões pessoais, e deixar cliente esperando 10 min parado sentado a boa vontade de imprimir nota, e de entregar o produto.

Me mandaram uma betoneira que usaram para reconstruir a Europa na 2 Guerra Mundial, mandaram faltando escoras, tiveram que vir trazer várias vezes as partes e para fechar com chave de ouro mandaram os boletos dos equipamentos mas esqueceram de 1 boleto, me enviaram o boleto que esqueceram de enviar 5 dias vencido com instrução para protesto com 7 dias um dia antes do feriado, infelizmente precisei colocar 1 estrela. DESAPONTADO...
Amateur company, I'm a builder and I don't rent anything from Compac anymore, unfortunately I still have their equipment. They sent me a concrete mixer that they used to rebuild Europe in World War 2, they sent struts missing, they had to bring the parts several times and to close with a flourish they sent the equipment slips but forgot 1 slip, they sent me the slip that forgot to send 5 days expired with instruction for protest with 7 days one day before the holiday, unfortunately I had to put 1 star. DISAPPOINTED...
