★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei hoje pela primeira vez minha pug, pra ela tomar vacina. Pesquisei muito na região, e eles têm os melhores preços pra vacina. Atendimento ótimo por todos, a dra foi muito atenciosa e me tirou várias dúvidas sem mesmo ser consulta. Local bem limpo. Todos muito simpáticos e muito amorosos com todos os bichinhos (que é essencial, pois já fui em muitos petshops que tratavam animais como produtos). Vitei cliente.
I took my pug today for her first vaccination. I researched a lot in the region, and they have the best prices for the vaccine. Great service by all, Dr. was very helpful and took me many questions without even being consulted. Very clean place. All very friendly and very loving with all the animals (which is essential since I've been in many pet shops that treated animals as products). I visited client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente clinica e pet shop, a Veterinaria dra. Andrea é excelente e muito atenciosa, ela foi incrivel, não enrolou, já havia ido a outros profissionais que não resolveram o problema do meu animal e apenas receitavam tratamentos caros e ineficientes.
Super recomendo.
Excellent clinic and pet shop, Veterinaria dra. Andrea is excellent and very attentive, she was amazing, she didn't mess up, she had already gone to other professionals who didn't solve my pet's problem and just prescribed expensive and inefficient treatments.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência boa com o local. Meu cachorro pela primeira vez foi tomar banho no local, por ter apenas avaliações boas, resolvi levar.
Depois de uns 6 dias reparei que meu cachorro estava todo cheio de casca preta, ou seja, com fungo, coisa que ele nunca teve, acredito que por conta do modo que foi secado, que era dentro de uma estufa onde tinha temperatura de 35 graus, o que eu acho muito e não termos certeza que realmente está seco pois nem toca no animal.
Levei até o local para o conversar com a veterenaria, sem um pingo de compaixão apenas se preocupou em “tirar o seu”.
Não recomendo!!! Estou bem desapontada mesmo, pois esperava mais.
I haven't had a good experience with the place. My dog for the first time went to bathe on the spot, for having only good reviews, I decided to take it.
After about 6 days I noticed that my dog was all full of black bark, that is, with fungus, something he never had, I believe because of the way it was dried, which was inside a greenhouse where it had a temperature of 35 degrees , which I think a lot and we’re not sure it’s really dry because it doesn’t even touch the animal.
I took him to the place to talk to the veterinarian, without an ounce of compassion he only bothered to "take yours".
I do not recommend!!! I'm really disappointed, because I expected more.

Foi super sem educação comigo ao explicar o que meu gato tinha e só queria saber do pagamento (mesmo antes de me explicar as coisas e fazer a última aplicação que ela disse necessária). Perdi a confiança e fui super mal tratada. Levei em dois outros veterinários na sequencia e as coisas não eram bem como ela disse. Tive uma péssima experiência! Ali, o que salva são a Kelly e o Mauricio. Funcionários super educados e atenciosos! Bem diferente da dra.
The veterinarian at this location, as mentioned below by a client, only thinks about "taking your own". It was super rude to me explaining what my cat had and just wanted to know the payment (even before explaining things to me and making the last application she said necessary). I lost confidence and was very badly treated. I took it to two other vets in the sequel and things weren't quite as she said. I had a bad experience! There, what saves are Kelly and Mauricio. Super polite and attentive staff! Quite different from dr.
