★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os ônibus são sujos, quebram em todas as viagens que fui, sem falar que os banheiros tem um cheiro horrível.
As paradas durante as viagens são em locais de preços altíssimos.
 The buses are dirty, they break down on every trip I've been on, not to mention the bathrooms have a horrible smell.
The stops during the trips are in places with very high prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente estou indo de São Paulo para o Ceará 2 dias viajando em um ônibus que nem um conector para carregar o celular tem. Tudo bem que a empresa é povão, mais poderiam investir em ônibus pelo menos com USB pra carregar .
Guys I'm going from São Paulo to Ceará 2 days traveling on a bus that doesn't even have a connector to charge the cell phone. It's ok that the company is popular, more could invest in buses at least with USB to charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no sac não é bom pois não esclarece muita coisa, para se obter alguma informação, sem contar que as empresas de transporte rodoviário de passageiros não atendem aos idosos pois em suas frotas colocam carros executivos quase que na totalidade para evitar emissão de passagem gratuita a este segmento da população.
The service in the sac is not good because it does not clarify much, to obtain some information, not to mention that the road passenger transport companies do not serve the elderly because they put executive cars almost entirely in their fleets to avoid issuing free tickets to this segment of the population.
