★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei por duas vezes o serviço desta empresa por falta de horários nas concorrentes. Em ambas o atendimento no guichê da rodoviária do Tietê foi ruim. Na primeira vez o jovem atendente arredondou o valor da passagem para cima (deixou de devolver o troco corretamente provavelmente por falta de moedas, neste caso deveria ter arredondado para baixo! Sem contar a cara de desprezo ao questionar o ocorrido.) e na segunda fui informado que a viagem levaria 4h e 20min porém atrasou em mais de 20min sem trânsito nem outro motivo que justificasse. Acabei perdento uma conexão.
I used the service twice for this company due to lack of schedules on the competitors. In both the service at the Tietê bus station was poor. For the first time the young attendant rounded the value of the ticket up (he failed to return the change correctly probably for lack of coins, in which case he should have rounded it down! informed that the trip would take 4h and 20min but delayed by more than 20min without traffic or other reason that justified. I just lost a connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajo muito com a Empresa Cruz para o interior, minha família mora em Monte Alto. Sem nenhuma queixa. Está tudo ótimo. Bancos confortáveis, motoristas educados e atenciosos, no guichê são todos muito educados.
I travel a lot with the Cruz Company inland, my family lives in Monte Alto. No complaints. Everything is great. Comfortable seats, polite and attentive drivers, all are very polite at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ônibus limpos e confortáveis..tem wi fi , carregador de celular , ótimos assentos..
Porém , por causa da pandemia , eles deveriam colocar mais ônibus , só tem um de manhã e outro a noite ..totalmente lotados ..as vezes não se acha passagem pro mesmo dia..
Clean and comfortable buses..with wi fi, cell phone charger, great seats ..
However, because of the pandemic, they should put more buses, there is only one in the morning and another at night ..totally full .. sometimes there is no ticket for the same day ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em plena pandemia e mundo digital a empresa Cruz continua como no passado. Para trocar uma passagem vc precisa ir até o guichê, virtualmente não há possibilidade. Estou aqui no Guichê da rodoviária Tietê e terei que esperar 1 hora pra poder ser atendida, pois os 2 funcionários foram almoçar. Que falta de respeito!!! Zero praticidade para o cliente! Sem falar que os ônibus estão com lotação máxima, não há distanciamento e uso de máscara. Lamentável!!
In the midst of a pandemic and digital world, the company Cruz continues as in the past. To change a ticket you need to go to the ticket window, there is virtually no possibility.
