★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os novos ônibus com leito em baixo e semi-leito em cima são horríveis. Tivemos uma experiência péssima com a Reunidas pelo leito ser em baixo, pois faz muito barulho e mexe MUITO - o que impossibilita dormir com tranquilidade. Então nessa viajem com a Catarinense, resolvemos comprar o semi-leito, achando que seria melhor. Experiência péssima igual.
No site, estava marcando que chegaríamos em determinado horário e quando embarcarmos no ônibus, o próprio motorista nos disse que os horários estão todos errados e que a previsão de chegada seria 4 horas depois do estimado no site. Além de demorar meia hora em cada parada, que são muitas e desnecessárias.
As pessoas não usam máscara e a empresa não confere a temperatura das pessoas na entrada do ônibus. Em plena pandemia, não há controle algum.
TOTAL DESCASO COM O CLIENTE. Minha primeira vez de experiência com a Catarinense e a última. Não recomendo.
 The new buses with bottom and semi-top beds are horrible. We had a terrible experience with Reunidas by the bed being down, as it makes a lot of noise and moves a LOT - which makes it impossible to sleep peacefully. So on this trip with Catarinense, we decided to buy the semi-bed, thinking it would be better. Equal lousy experience.
On the website, he was marking that we would arrive at a certain time and when we boarded the bus, the driver himself told us that the times are all wrong and that the arrival forecast would be 4 hours later than estimated on the website. In addition to taking half an hour at each stop, which are many and unnecessary.
People do not wear a mask and the company does not check people's temperature at the bus entrance. In the middle of a pandemic, there is no control at all.
TOTAL DISASTER WITH CUSTOMER. My first time with Catarinense and the last. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei a aviação de sábado para domingo retornando de foz e tive o desprazer de pegar um ônibus horrível com um odor de urina e sujo de verdade optei por retornar com a aviação pelas recomendações mas me decepcionei uma aviação q não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os ônibus são excelentes, principalmente se comparados a muitas outras empresas do ramo. Varias opções de serviço e preços entre os principais locais onde opera. Os ônibus além de confortáveis são todos novos é muito bem conservados e limpos. Para muitos locais há serviços diretos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorista excelente, prestativo porém não avisa o tempo e os locais de parada para as refeições. Temos que descobrir se é para almoçar ou se ele vai embarcar mais passageiros. 30 minutos muito pouco para jantar devido às filas do caixa.
Excellent driver, helpful but does not advise the time and places to stop for meals. We have to find out if it's for lunch or if he's boarding more passengers. 30 minutes too little for dinner due to the checkout lines.

Fiz uma viagem de Florianópolis a São Paulo, e optei pelo ônibus semi-leito visando maior conforto. E o que encontrei?
Encontrei um ônibus que não tinha sequer portas USB para o carregamento do celular. O que fez a viagem de mais de 13h30 de duração ainda mais maçante! Pois tive de inutilizar meu celular caso quisesse chegar com bateria no terminal de São Paulo.
Como se não bastante, a viagem que inicialmente deveria ter 11h30 de duração atrasou mais de duas horas! Sorte a minha que não comprei com antecedência a passagem do próximo ônibus que iria pegar, senão teria perdido ele.
Ônibus antigo, ar condicionado fraco (cheguei suando em SP). DEFINITIVAMENTE NÃO RECOMENDO.
DEPLORABLE!
I took a trip from Florianópolis to São Paulo, and I opted for the semi-sleeper bus for greater comfort. And what did I find?
I found a bus that didn't even have USB ports for cell phone charging. Which made the trip of more than 13h30 duration even more boring! Because I had to disable my cell phone if I wanted to arrive with battery at the São Paulo terminal.
As if not enough, the trip that was initially supposed to be 11:30 hours long was delayed by over two hours! Lucky for me, I didn't buy the ticket for the next bus I was going to take in advance, otherwise I would have missed it.
Old bus, weak air conditioning (I arrived in SP sweating). DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
