★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento lento. Não sei como uma empresa consegue ganhar dinheiro dessa maneira. Hoje existem ferramentas administrativas eficientes que ajudam na rapidez e comunicação. É uma boa empresa, mas deve-se observar eficiência qualidade e treinamento dos funcionários.
Slow service. I don't know how a company manages to make money that way. Today there are efficient administrative tools that help with speed and communication. It is a good company, but efficiency, quality and employee training must be observed.

Comfortable buses always stop for cleaning. The bad thing is that it does not have place to charge cell phone, it does not have wi-fi. This is great for trips, mainly with discounts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito de viajar com a gontijo, a única coisa que não gostei foi o lugar que fica esperando em São Paulo, mas aceitei de boa pq entendi a empresa, mas acho que a empresa tbm precisa entender os clientes e colocar carregador de celular ! No demais está tudo bem
I really enjoyed traveling with the gontijo, the only thing I didn't like was the place that is waiting in São Paulo, but I accepted it well because I understood the company, but I think the company also needs to understand customers and put a cell phone charger! Everything else is fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei viajar para o nordeste pela Gontijo, poltronas confortáveis, ar condicionado, motoristas educados e capacitados com boa comunicação para com os passageiros, a limpeza do ônibus satisfatória, mas podem melhorar para que haja tomadas para carregador de celulares e mesinhas portátil na poltrona para um lanche rápido e apoio para notbook ou tablets. Minha nota é 8
I loved traveling to the northeast by Gontijo, comfortable seats, air conditioning, educated and skilled drivers with good communication to passengers, satisfactory bus cleaning, but can improve so that there are jacks for cell phone charger and portable tables in the armchair for a quick snack and support for notbook or tablets. My grade is 8

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que viajei com essa empresa, acompanhada com dois filhos pequenos. Passei sufoco e agonia. O destino era saída dia 29/12/20 de Santos destino dia 31/12/20 Aracaju, pela empresa colocar ônibus velho, o primeiro quebrou em Barra Mansa-RJ, problemas com a câmara de ar e um pneu que estourou às 3h da madrugada, a troca só foi acontecer 3h depois. Seguimos viagem com atraso, ainda no estado do RJ o motorista detectou o painel de incêndio ficou vermelho, seguimos viagem até o Espírito Santo, no qual houve outra troca de ônibus. E por incompetência da empresa não pude passar a virada de ano com a minha família, pois cheguei no meu destino 1h da madrugada do dia 01/01/22.
The first time I traveled with this company, accompanied with two small children. I went through suffocation and agony. The destination was departure on 12/29/20 from Santos destination on 12/31/20 Aracaju, by the company placing an old bus, the first one broke down in Barra Mansa-RJ, problems with the inner tube and a tire that blew at 3:00 am dawn, the exchange only took place 3 hours later. We continued our journey with a delay, while in the state of RJ the driver detected the fire panel turned red, we continued our journey to Espírito Santo, where there was another bus change. And due to the company's incompetence, I couldn't spend New Year's Eve with my family, as I arrived at my destination at 1 am on 01/01/22.

Agora da empresa em relação aos ônibus...
Començando pelo ar condicionado que é muito fraco agente frita no calor.
Banheiro mal cuidado com pouca manutenção "limpeza".
Protonas apertadas antigas e sequer tem lugar pra colocar o copo dgua em alguns ônibus.
Viagens de 2 a 3 dias tomadas para carregar o celular não é vaidade sim necessidade.
Pneus carecas de alguns ônibus também.
E o WI-FI seria uma boa porquê a modernidade já chegou a tempos...
Espero muito que melhorem as condições da viações porque são histórias,vidas e FAMÍLIAS que vocês são responsáveis em transportarem.

Nothing to complain about drivers.
Now from the company regarding the buses...
Starting with the air conditioning which is a very weak agent that fries in the heat.
Bathroom poorly maintained with little maintenance "cleaning".
Old tight protons and there's not even a place to put a glass of water on some buses.
Trips of 2 to 3 days taken to charge the cell phone are not vanity, but necessity.
Bald tires on some buses too.
And WI-FI would be a good thing because modernity has arrived long ago...
I really hope that the conditions of the vehicles improve because they are stories, lives and FAMILIES that you are responsible for transporting.
