★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência Muito Ruim. Pré avisaram sobre um voo cancelado em 07/02/20, cuja passagem foi adquirida em 06/11/19 (com mais de 90 dias de antecedência). Depois voltaram atrás e pediram mais prazo para resolver passou final de semana, dia 10/02/20 e não deram resposta. Cobrei. No dia 11/02/20, depois de muita insistência informaram oficialmente sobre o cancelamento do voo. E pior: queriam acomodar-me com uma criança de 3 anos em voo de madrugada e em dia posterior, apesar de existir horários similares em outra Cia. Como não fui eu quem optei pelo cancelamento, pedi o endosso ou devolução. Simplesmente responderam: seu problema foi encaminhado ao jurídico da FLYTOUR. Detalhe: NUNCA ESTIVE NA FLYTOUR. Fiz negócio e fechei na GTR. Resposta: até agora nenhuma. Pessímo!!!
Very Bad Experience. Pre warned about a flight canceled on 02/07/20, whose ticket was acquired on 06/11/19 (more than 90 days in advance). Then they went back and asked for more time to resolve it, passed the weekend, 02/10/20 and did not answer. I covered. On 11/02/20, after much insistence, they officially informed about the flight cancellation. And worse: they wanted to accommodate me with a 3 year old child on a flight at dawn and the next day, although there are similar times in another company. Since I was not the one who opted for the cancellation, I asked for the endorsement or return. They simply answered: their problem was referred to the FLYTOUR legal department. Detail: I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN FLYTOUR. I did business and closed at GTR. Answer: so far none. Terrible!!!
