Toda vez que for procurar algum imóvel em Fortaleza procuro eles. Trabalham também com aluguel de vários imóveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Praticam venda casada e cobram a comissão de venda no início, não se preocupando com a concretização do negócio. Demorei mais de 4 meses para assinar o contrato de financiamento bancário e cerca de 8 meses para concluir a compra. Tentaram me obrigar a realizar o financiamento e serviços de despachante com a imobiliária, cobrando valores não praticados no mercado para os serviços de despachante.
Terrible attendance. They practice tie-in sales and charge the sales commission at the beginning, not worrying about closing the deal. It took me more than 4 months to sign the bank financing contract and about 8 months to complete the purchase. They tried to force me to carry out the financing and brokerage services with the real estate agency, charging non-market values for brokerage services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conheço muito bem essa empresa e não tenho intenção de expressar críticas porém na primeira vez que tentamos alugar um AP fomos olhar o imóvel o rapaz da imobiliária que acompanhou com educação nos falou que depois da visita no imóvel eramos para resolver com a imobiliária a questão de documentos locação ficamos muito contente era só enviar a documentação e pagar o calção pois em nosso conhecimento estava disponível para alugar mas infelizmente não deu certo a locação porque não fomos comunicados que tinha uma outra pessoa para visitar também o mesmo ap e que já estava na nossa frente talvez como prioridade só depois fomos comunicados resumindo eu confesso que para mim foi ruim pois nós precisávamos nos mudar e gostamos do ap mas estamos na fila de espera confiantes que se ouver uma próxima oportunidade quem sabe podemos conseguir e facilitarem pra nós um pouco mais ficaríamos gratos Deus abençoe vocês assim como tem nos abençoado sempre em nome de Jesus
I don't know this company very well and I have no intention of expressing criticisms but the first time we tried to rent an AP we went to look at the property the real estate guy who accompanied us politely told us that after the visit to the property we were to resolve the issue with the realtor of documents lease we were very happy, we just had to send the documentation and pay for the shorts because to our knowledge it was available for rent but unfortunately the lease did not work out because we were not informed that there was another person to visit the same apartment and that he was already in in front of us maybe as a priority only later we were communicated in short I confess that it was bad for me because we needed to move and we like the ap but we are in the waiting line confident that if we hear of a next opportunity who knows maybe we can get it and make it easier for us a little more we would be grateful God bless you as you have always blessed us in Jesus name
