Desde o primeiro dia se negaram a fazer o conserto de problemas relatados com desculpas de problemas pessoais de funcionários, deixaram o prazo vencer sem resolver os reais problemas do veículo.

Venho comunicar a minha indignação com essa loja, comprei um Mitsubishi e o mesmo tinha algumas coisas simples para ser feita, me deram uma semana pra retirar o carro, entrei em contato antes de ir buscar pois moro a 200 km da loja, cheguei pra retirar o carro e mesmo assim fiquei aguardando das 9:00 da manhã até às 13:00 pois não estava pronto.Resumindo depois que tirei o carro da loja começou a dor de cabeça VEÍCULO COM BARULHO NO CÂMBIO LEVEI ATÉ A LOJA DEPOIS DE 2 MESES, FORAM E TROCARAM O ÓLEO SEGUNDO ELES, POIS NÃO ME DERAM COMPROVANTE NENHUM, o carro também tinha barulho na suspensão traseira desde o primeiro dia, porém me disseram que iriam ajudar com o concerto no valor de R$300,00 tenho a gravação de 00:50 minutos sobre a nossa conversa. Obs : eu coloquei um kit GNV 5 geração no meu carro e tudo é culpa do GNV segunda a loja. Lembrando que quando peguei o carro o mesmo já apresentou defeitos.
Levei o carro na concessionária Mitsubishi pra avaliação onde constatou que irei precisar mexer no câmbio!
INDIGNAÇÃO TOTAL POR TER COMPRADO CARRO NESSA LOJA.
Uma coisa engraçada... No dia que fui até a loja pra chegar nela usei Uber, chegando na loja o Uber me disse: VOCÊ COMPROU CARRO NESSA LOJA? Ele disse eu já comprei a anos atrás e tive dor de cabeça, boa sorte.....

THEY WENT AND CHANGED THE OIL ACCORDING TO THEM, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY PROOF, the car also had noise in the rear suspension from the first day, but they told me that they would help with the concert worth R$300.00 I have a recording of 00: 50 minutes on our conversation. Note: I put a 5th generation CNG kit in my car and it's all CNG's fault according to the store. Remembering that when I got the car it already had defects.
I took the car to the Mitsubishi dealership for evaluation where he found that I will need to change the exchange!
TOTAL INDIGNATION FOR BUYING A CAR IN THIS STORE.
A funny thing... The day I went to the store to get there I used Uber, arriving at the store Uber said to me: DID YOU BUY A CAR AT THIS STORE? He said I already bought it years ago and I had a headache, good luck.....
