★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pode ser que outras unidades sejam melhores, mas a de Recife é péssima. Tomem cuidado!! Fazem de tudo para não devolver o calção bloqueado no cartão de crédito, no meu caso, inventaram uns danos no carro e depois de um mês debitaram $250 do meu cartão de crédito.
It may be that other units are better, but Recife is terrible. Be careful!! They do everything they can to not return the shorts blocked on the credit card, in my case, they invented some damage to the car and after a month they debited $250 from my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 16/09/21, fiz uma viagem para Recife, com destino a Porto de galinhas, sem reserva de carro, pensei que seria fácil conseguir no dia da chegada. Mas as agências estavam todas sem carro. Fui abordado no aeroporto por um rapaz que me ofereceu aluguel de veículo por uma empresa local a Concórdia, era o que tinha, fui levado até a garagem deles que fica perto do aeroporto, onde assinei contrato e peguei o carro, como era o único carro não tive como escolher. O carro estava muito ruim, fui logo tirando fotos na tentativa de evitar problemas futuros, o carro foi entregue sem nada de gasolina, quase não chega ao posto. O carro aqueceu na estrada, tive que dar uma de mecânico. E por fim, por estar com o para-lama desalinhado, encostou na porta do motorista e soltou uma massa, sim, o carro estava todo cheio de massa. Na volta o avaliador concordou que não era culpa minha e que estava tudo bem. Pra minha surpresa, um mês depois entraram em contato pra avisar que eu seria cobrado em $250 pela avaria. Sem direito a conversar ou receber algum orçamento, apenas cobraram no cartão e pronto. Uma falta total de respeito com o cliente. Resumo da história, evite dor de cabeça. NÃO CAIA NA LÁBIA DESSA EMPRESA. PROCURE UMA EMPRESA HONESTA!
On 09/16/21, I took a trip to Recife, destined for Porto de Galinhas, without a car reservation, I thought it would be easy to get on the day of arrival. But the agencies were all without cars. I was approached at the airport by a guy who offered me a rental car from a local company in Concordia, that's what I had, I was taken to their garage which is near the airport, where I signed a contract and took the car, as it was the only car I couldn't choose. The car was very bad, I was soon taking pictures in an attempt to avoid future problems, the car was delivered without any gasoline, it barely made it to the gas station. The car got hot on the road, I had to be a mechanic. And finally, because the fender was misaligned, he leaned against the driver's door and released a mass, yes, the car was all full of mass. On the way back, the evaluator agreed that it wasn't my fault and that everything was fine. To my surprise, a month later they contacted me to let me know that I would be charged $250 for the damage. No right to talk or receive a quote, they just charged the card and that's it. A total lack of respect for the customer. Summary of story, avoid headaches. DON'T GET THE LABBY OF THIS COMPANY. LOOK FOR AN HONEST COMPANY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 15/03 fomos abordados por um rapaz no aeroporto foi nos oferecido um carro o onix 2019, pior coisa q fizemos, carro entregue na reserva quase não chega no primeiro posto de gasolina, fora q na estrada pegamos chuva o carro totalmente instável, passamos por aquaplanagem várias vezes, várias não foi uma nem 2 foram várias, carro sem estabilidade nenhuma, péssimo!
On 03/15 we were approached by a guy at the airport and we were offered a car the onix 2019, worst thing we did, car delivered in the reservation almost doesn't arrive at the first gas station, apart from that on the road we got rain the car was totally unstable, we passed by aquaplaning several times, several were not one nor 2 were several, car without any stability, terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço justo, o carro que peguei foi um Onix básico, o carro já possuia algumas avarias na lataria e parachoques no qual foram todas anotadas pela locadora, o combustível estava na reserva e a locatario disse que eu poderia devolver do mesmo jeito que peguei. O valor de calção foi de 500 reais.
Fair price, the car I got was a basic Onix, the car already had some damage to the bodywork and bumper which were all noted by the rental company, the fuel was in reserve and the renter said I could return it the same way I got it. The shorts value was 500 reais.
