★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um serviço meia boca, concreto muito raso, a laje trincou inteira em menos de 24hs sem sol mesmo regando de 3 em 3hs.
Pedi educadamente para verificarem, não me deram retorno, não visitaram minha obra e ainda disseram que trincas e rachaduras no concreto é normal. Enfim, não queiram precisar do pós venda pq não funciona.
A vistoria pré concretagem foi feita meia hora antes do caminhão chegar e eles culpam o pedreiro.
Serviço ruim.
Atendimento péssimo.
Tive a impressão que metade do meu concreto foi usado em outra obra.

A half mouth service, very shallow concrete, the slab cracked in less than 24 hours without sun, even watering every 3 hours.
I politely asked them to check it out, they didn't give me feedback, they didn't visit my site and they said that cracks and cracks in the concrete are normal. Anyway, don't want to need the after sales because it doesn't work.
The pre-concreting inspection was carried out half an hour before the truck arrived and they blame the mason.
Poor service.
Terrible service.
I had the impression that half of my concrete was used on another project.
Terrible, do not recommend.

Minha concretagem ocorreu no dia 21/05/22, o vendedor me ligou para informar em quanto tempo a bomba chegaria, e tudo ocorreu dentro da pontualidade. A equipe enviada foi excelente com um destaque para o Sr. Felipe que mostrou um enorme domínio da função com muita habilidade e agilidade, já havia feito 6 concretagens anteriormente com outras empresas, o que significa que tenho como comparar, quem me dera ter conhecido antes essa empresa e seus profissionais!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que após ler alguns comentários quase não contratei, porém meu pedreiro falou que podia confiar, e não me arrependi, recebi um atendimento muito rápido, eficaz, serviço muito bem executado, a laje ficou muito bem feita, o importante para que não ocorra as trincas e rachaduras é que tem que molhar de hora em hora por pelo menos uns 4 dias! Super recomendo a empresa podem confiar, pesquisei em muitos lugares antes de contratar, infelizmente o atendimento das outras são péssimos, moroso para simplesmente passar orçamento, funcionários mal educados que não dão o retorno, na Pimentel foi o contrário, muito rápido, funcionária Cida rápida e eficiente! Parabéns!
