★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários sempre indispostos, ma vontade, sempre tratei muito bem,não tem uma coisa que eu possa elogiar. Nem mesmo quando estava sobrecarregada de malas eles nem sequer abriram o portão pra entrar com o carro na entrada pra carregar. Péssimo serviço, ma educação. Não volto mais nesse flat.
Staff always unwell, unwilling, I have always treated very well, there is one thing I can praise. Not even when she was overloaded with suitcases, they did not even open the gate to get the car in the entrance to carry. Poor service, bad education. I will not come back to this flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom lugar!! Rua tranquila, prédio bom, boa portaria, serviço de quarto diário muito bom. Ótimo para morar só ou casal. Apartametos com slit na sala e quarto.
Pontos negativos: rota de avião (isso a gente acostuma). GARAGEM É O UNICO PONTO PESSIMO. ( MAS O BOM É QUE TEM MANOBRISTA).
Acho um bom custo benefício.
Good place!! Quiet street, good building, good concierge, very good daily room service. Great for living alone or as a couple. Apartments with slit in the living room and bedroom.
Negative points: plane route (we get used to it). GARAGE IS THE ONLY POINT PESSIMO. (BUT THE GOOD IS THAT HAS A MANOBRIST).
I think it's a good cost benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confortável, ótima estrutura, segurança, bem localizado (próximo ao shopping e ao aeroporto). Valor alto se comparado com outros flats na região, porém vale a diferença se você pode investir. Você se sente em casa.
Comfortable, great structure, security, well located (close to the mall and the airport). High value compared to other flats in the region, but it is worth the difference if you can invest. You feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio mal cuidado, os aviões de congonhas passam exatamente em cima do prédio e fica inviável morar ali. Mas os apartamentos são espaçosos e considerando esses fatores negativos, o valor do apartamento fica mais acessível. Não optei por morar ali.
Building badly maintained, the planes of shames pass exactly on top of the building and it is impracticable to live there. But the apartments are spacious and considering these negative factors, the value of the apartment is more affordable. I didn't choose to live there.
