★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei por pouco mais de um ano neste condomínio. Tranquilo, arborizado. Pra quem tem filhos, possui vários playgrounds, o que é um diferencial. Região com acesso fácil a diversos shoppings e outros comércios. Fica a desejar a parte de manutenção dos elevadores. A torre onde morei sofreu com diversos problemas, interdições.
 I lived for a little over a year in this condo. Quiet, wooded. For those who have children, it has several playgrounds, which is a differentiator. Region with easy access to several malls and other shops. You want the maintenance part of the elevators. The tower where I lived suffered from several problems, interdictions.

O maior problema é estacionar perto uma vez que não possui vagas para visitantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem coisas q NÃO dá para aceitar e entender. O condôminio coloca um funcionário na porta de entrada da piscina do condomínio como se fosse um clube ( alegando ter controle para somente moradores) como se as pessoas q moram lá fossem uns baderneiros e ainda q vc tenha uma visita, essa pessoa NÃO pode usar ou mesmo entrar. Lembrando q um nùmero pequeno de moradores usam, afinal tem tantas torrres de aptos e como moro bem em frente vejo a movimentação; criança NÃO pode entrar com bóia de piscina ( barraram meu sobrinho com uma bóia e olha q nesse dia estava vazia) . Colocar um funcionário por conta disso, fala sério. Penso q se alguém extrapolar notifique o apto. ATÉ a academia " bem ruim por sinal" , eles deixam fechado em finais semana; feriados. Essa administradora parece um sistema penitenciário. Pagamos 700,00 de condomínio para sentirmos como prisioneiros. Quero muito no futuro me mudar.
There are things you CANNOT accept and understand. The condominium places an employee at the entrance door of the condominium pool as if it were a club (claiming to have control for only residents) as if the people who live there were rioters and even if you have a visit, that person CANNOT use or even enter. Remembering that a small number of residents use it, after all there are so many apt towers and as I live right in front I see the movement; child CANNOT enter with a pool float (my nephew was stopped with a float and look that day it was empty). Putting an employee on account of that, seriously. I think if someone extrapolate notify the fit. UNTIL the gym "pretty bad by the way", they leave closed on weekends; holidays. This administrator looks like a prison system. We paid 700.00 of condominium to feel like prisoners. I really want to move in the future.
