★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rua é muito tranquila, não tem estabelecimentos comerciais então pode ficar um pouco vazia no horário da noite, mas fica logo atrás da beira mar então o movimento na orla costuma ser intenso. Todo o vento e maresia não incidem diretamente no prédio, mas continua bem ventilado. Dois apartamentos por andar, mas que não dividem as portas exceto na área do elevador de serviço. Apartamentos grandes, acredito que alguns possuem duas vagas na garagem. Não tem salão de festa e nem uma área de recepção muito agradável, mas as zonas comuns são bem espaçosas e e possui um playground.
The street is very quiet, there are no commercial establishments so it can be a little empty at night, but it is just behind the sea so the movement on the shore is usually intense. All the wind and salt air does not directly affect the building, but remains well ventilated. Two apartments per floor, but do not share doors except in the service elevator area. Large apartments, I believe that some have two parking spaces. It does not have a party room or a very pleasant reception area, but the common areas are very spacious and has a playground.
