A síndica se recusa a resolver qualquer problema por mais simples que seja dos condôminos, já tive problema com curto circuito no meu relógio que se recusaram a resolver ainda que fosse na área comum do prédio. Estou pela segunda vez com vazamento no meu banheiro e a síndica se nega até mesmo a comunicar o proprietário do apartamento acima sobre o problema. Caso você esteja pensando em comprar um imóvel nesse prédio, repense muito. Pagará condomínio e não terá auxílio nenhum pra resolver os problemas que sempre surgem por se tratar de prédio muito antigo e com pouca manutenção.
The biggest regret of my life was buying an apartment in this condo. The landlord refuses to solve any problem, no matter how simple it may be, for the tenants, I already had a problem with a short circuit on my watch that they refused to solve even if it was in the common area of the building. I have a leak in my bathroom for the second time and the landlord refuses to even communicate the problem with the owner of the apartment above. If you are thinking of buying a property in this building, think again. You will pay for condominium fees and will not have any help to solve the problems that always arise because it is a very old building with little maintenance.
