I left a cartridge for refill, returned the broken cartridge claiming it was already broken and could not refill. The cartridge wasn't broken, it broke. Dishonest.

O ATENDENTE (UM SENHORD DE IDADE) DESMONTOU A IMPRESSORA E DISSE QUE TINHA UMA TAMPA DE CANETA DENTRO DELA, BEM COMO TINHA QUEBRADO AS ENGRENAGENS QUE PUXA O PAPEL, QUE PARA TROCAR A PEÇA FICARIA R$ 140,00. EU AUTORIZEI A TROCADA PEÇA. APÓS OPAGAMENTO SOLICIEI A PEÇA QUE FORA TROCADA. AQUELE SENHOR DE IDADE, SIMPLESMENTE PEGOU UMA OUTRA IMPRESSORA CORTOU A PEÇA E ME INTEGROU. EU PEGUNTEI A ELE SE AQUELA PEÇA ERA DA MINHA IMPRESSORA, ELE DISSE QUE SIM. QUESTEIONEI O PORQUE ELE CORTOU A PEÇA DE OUTRA IMPRESSORA E ME ENTREGOU, NÃO OBTIVE RESPOSTA. ELE FICOU MUITO SEM GRAÇA QUE ATÉ ESTORNOU O VALOR QUE EU PAGUEI.
CONSLUSÃO: NÃO LEVE SUA IMPRESSORA NESTA LOJA. ELE NÃO TROCA AS PEÇAS.
ON 10/31/20, I took my printer to fix it. THE ATTENDANT (AN AGE SORDER) DISASSEMBLED THE PRINTER AND SAID THAT HE HAD A PEN COVER INSIDE IT, AS WAS BREAKING THE GEARS THAT PULLS THE PAPER, THAT TO CHANGE THE PIECE WOULD R $ 140.00. I AUTHORIZED THE EXCHANGED PIECE. AFTER PAYMENT I REQUESTED THE PART THAT WAS EXCHANGED. THAT LORD OF AGE, JUST TAKEN ANOTHER PRINTER CUT THE PIECE AND INTEGRATED ME. I PICKED HIM IF THAT PART WAS FROM MY PRINTER, HE SAID YES. I QUESTIONED WHY HE CUT THE PIECE OF ANOTHER PRINTER AND GIVEN ME, I GOT NO ANSWER. HE WAS VERY GRACEFUL THAT UNTIL THE VALUE I PAID.
CONSLUSION: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRINTER IN THIS STORE. HE DOES NOT CHANGE PARTS.
