O condomínio tem garagem, sala de ginástica, brinquedoteca, quadra pequena, piscina, salão de festas e churrasqueira, portaria 24h com porteiros. Sempre bem higienizado e cuidado. Próximo ao metrô, padarias, mercados, feira de rua (aos sábados) e a áreas de lazer (praça e clube escola). O prédio é antigo, então há andares com Halls reformados e andares que ainda são antigos. Os apartamentos são de bom tamanho, só a lavanderia que é mto pequena junto da cozinha, mas não me incomodava. Bem ventilado e iluminado. Recomendo!
I lived for almost 3 years in this building. It was a very good time! The condominium has a garage, gym, playroom, small court, swimming pool, party room and barbecue, 24-hour concierge with doormen. Always well sanitized and cared for. Close to the subway, bakeries, markets, street fair (on Saturdays) and leisure areas (square and school club). The building is old, so there are floors with renovated Halls and floors that are still old. The apartments are a good size, just the laundry, which is very small next to the kitchen, but it didn't bother me. Well ventilated and lit. I recommend!
