★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio solar é na sua maioria de moradores idosos , e o condomínio não tem suporte pra esses moradores em ária de laser , nem tão pouco pra seus netos ou filhos ( crianças) , há uma ária de laser ( churrasqueira) que fica nas dependências de dois lances de escada , um desses , com mais de 20 degraus ; impossibilitado um deficiente de cadeiras de rodas , chegar a esse lace de eventos. Essa mesma escada , se mostra um grande risco pra crianças transitarem durante a manifestação do evento.
Outra observação importante é o elevador de serviço desse prédio, ele apresenta problemas técnicos, visível a o olhar de um leigo.
Cheiro forte de borracha em atrito ( queimado), ele para em desnível do andar em questão, e dá solavancos ao " breque " ao parar . Essas são as deficiências mais gritantes .
The solar condominium is mostly elderly residents, and the condominium does not have support for these residents in laser aria, nor for their grandchildren or children (children), there is a laser aria (barbecue) that is on the premises of two flights of stairs, one of these, with more than 20 steps; disabled a wheelchair, to reach that lace of events. This same ladder shows a great risk for children to transit during the event.
Another important observation is the service elevator in this building, it has technical problems, visible to the eyes of a layman.
Strong smell of rubbing (burnt) rubber, it stops in unevenness of the floor in question, and gives bumps to the "brake" when it stops. These are the most striking deficiencies.

It is difficult old, with concierge 24hs, two apartment per floor, with garage and ballroom. Old apartments are usually very good.
