★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento muito confortável, ótimas instalações com piscina, sauna e sala de jogos, cada apto tem sua churrasqueira, mas há tb uma churrasqueira em espaço comum.
A maioria das vagas de carro são cobertas, as descobertas são as vagas extras não vinculadas ao apto.
Fica a menos de 50 m da praia grande, quase pé na areia!
 Very comfortable apartment, great facilities with swimming pool, sauna and games room, each apartment has its own barbecue, but there is also a barbecue in a common area.
Most car spaces are covered, discoveries are extra spaces not linked to the fit.
It is less than 50 m from the big beach, almost standing on the sand!

I loved it ... beautiful and cozy apartment, everything very clean and organized, each one has its own barbecue, the pool is wonderful, it has a games room .... we were very well received ... everything close by and good value, Wonderful Beach. ... super recommend ... I want more???

I would like to know if you authorize taking pets in the condominium? Or is the Ap lessor who has to authorize?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito desagradável, ao alugar pra temporada um AP nesse condomínio, não nos foi avisado que teríamos que usar uma pulseira de identificação 24h somente para nos diferenciar dos condôminos, um absurdo lembrando que isso é discriminação, não podemos usar a sauna, e como choveu a semana inteira não usamos nem a piscina, péssimo esse tratamento não recomendo
Very unpleasant experience, when renting an AP in this condominium for the season, we were not warned that we would have to wear a 24-hour identification bracelet just to differentiate ourselves from the condominium owners, an absurdity remembering that this is discrimination, we cannot use the sauna, and as it rained the whole week we didn't even use the pool, this treatment is terrible I don't recommend it

Complete apartment, with great security and a beautiful pool! We spent a long weekend and loved the condominium structures. Everything is very clean, organized, and safe. The concierge has 24 hour security with access control.
