★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos uma cobertura por 14 dias em Novembro/2018 para nunca mais voltar o apartamento estava bem limpo e organizado mas... Chegamos a noite e tinha 3 Lampadas queimadas e 2 lugares que nem tinham, eletrodomésticos que não funcionam, panelas velhas sem tampa, talheres muito velhos, não tinha nem tabua de carne tivemos que comprar, colchões velhos, camas quebradas, Box do banheiro com porta de vidro solta um perigo, tomadas desgastadas com folga por causa disso as televisões desligavam a toda hora, para carregar um celular dava maior trabalho. A percepção que tivemos é que proprietário troca os utensílios e moveis da casa dele e leva as coisas velhas para lá. Agora vem o pior de tudo meus pais são velhinhos e tem a mobilidade reduzida, o elevador quebrou e ficou mais de 10 dias parado sem funcionar, maior parte dos dias eles tiveram que ficar na cobertura, fomos embora e ainda não tinham uma previsão de quando consertar. Pensei que pudesse ser um problema isolado, mas conversamos com varias outras pessoas que estavam hospedados lá e a reclamação era geral sobre o estado dos apartamentos, tem proprietários que não aparece lá anos, só querem o dinheiro da locação mas deixam o imóvel abandonado. Pense bem antes de locar lá.
We rented a penthouse for 14 days in November/2018 never to return the apartment was very clean and organized but... We arrived at night and there were 3 burnt out lamps and 2 places that didn't even have, appliances that didn't work, old pans without a lid, very old cutlery, there wasn't even a meat board, we had to buy it, old mattresses, broken beds, bathroom box with glass door loose a danger, sockets worn out, because of this, the televisions turned off all the time, to charge a cell phone it was possible greater work. The perception we had is that the owner changes the utensils and furniture in his house and takes the old things there. Now comes the worst of all, my parents are old and have reduced mobility, the elevator broke down and it was out of action for more than 10 days, most of the days they had to stay on the roof, we left and still didn't have a forecast of when to repair. I thought it could be an isolated problem, but we talked to several other people who were staying there and the complaint was general about the state of the apartments, there are owners who haven't been there for years, they just want the lease money but leave the property abandoned. Think carefully before renting there.
