★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é incrível, os funcionários são educados e simpáticos, as casas duplex são fantásticas, o deck é maravilhoso e a piscina fora de série, fica a desejar apenas o acesso principal que ainda não é calçamentado, especialmente em dias de chuva o acesso virá um verdadeiro rally kkk
 The condo is amazing, the staff are polite and friendly, the duplex houses are fantastic, the deck is wonderful and the pool is outstanding, you only want the main access that is not paved yet, especially on rainy days the access will come a real rally kkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente moradia, porém cada dia que passa fica mais perigoso, vários relatos de assalto, não tem linha ônibus (somente na perimetral, quem não tem transporte tem que andar um bom pedaço e correr o risco de ser assaltado), a pavimentação é precária e o matagal aumenta muito a insegurança. Os imóveis são muito bons, mas os arredores precisam de atenção e melhorias.
