Cozinha grande, sala ampla ( pra um apartamento popular).
Comparado aos apartamentos similares da MRV, tenda e outras direcionadas ao público do minha casa minha vida, são extremamente superiores em vários aspectos: metragem, layout, acabamento.
Se estivesse a procura de um apartamento consideraria esse Condomínio.
