★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mudei recentemente, a localização é ótima, perto de absolutamente tudo, mercado, ponto de ônibus, padaria, posto de combustível, mecânicos, escolas, creches e hospital. O condomínio é muito bem cuidado, nunca fica algo por fazer, os vizinhos são super respeitosos, e é um condomínio que não tem barulho! todos que vem me visitar elogiam, pois o silencio impera, NÃO tem som alto, festas que desrespeitam o vizinho ao lado, aqui todos se respeitam, o parquinho é para crianças pequenas mas muito bem cuidado.
I moved recently, the location is great, close to absolutely everything, market, bus stop, bakery, gas station, mechanics, schools, kindergartens and hospital. The condominium is very well maintained, there is never anything left to do, the neighbors are super respectful, and it is a condominium that has no noise! everyone who comes to visit praises me, because silence reigns, there is NO loud sound, parties that disrespect the neighbor next door, here everyone respects each other, the playground is for small children but very well taken care of.
