★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi o condomínio por conta da área de laser que tem piscina, porém a quase 2 meses a piscina esta fechada. A administração alega que o motivo é por conta de um reparo a fazer na piscina pequena, porém estão impedindo o uso da piscina maior. sendo que com o isolamento da menor (com um tapume de metal geralmente usado em obras para isso ) já resolveria o problema provisoriamente e os moradores e principalmente as crianças que estão de férias poderiam nadar . Mas infelizmente pela fala da administração tudo isso é uma mera desculpa para impedir o uso da piscina mesmo !! Ela é um mero enfeite para vender lotes aqui no condomínio. Se vc pensa em comprar um lote aqui por conta da piscina esqueça... !! A administração faz uma sacanagem com o morador, é uma palhaçada...já chegaram a alegar que o reparo não é concluído por conta da falta material...cada hora é uma coisa que inventam enquanto isso as crianças brincam do lado de fora em volta da piscina, embaixo de um calor de matar e morrendo de vontade de nadar ...E ela segue lá limpa fresquinha e FECHADA !! Um belo enfeito deste condomínio !! Fui enganada, não caia nesta!
I chose the condominium because of the laser area that has a pool, but almost 2 months ago the pool is closed. The administration claims that the reason is due to a repair to be made in the small pool, but they are preventing the use of the larger pool. being that with the isolation of the smallest (with a metal siding generally used in works for this) it would already solve the problem provisionally and the residents and especially the children who are on vacation could swim. But unfortunately by the administration's speech all this is a mere excuse to prevent the use of the pool !! It is a mere ornament to sell lots here in the condo. If you think about buying a lot here because of the pool forget it ... !! The administration makes a joke with the resident, it is a joke ... they have already claimed that the repair is not completed due to the material shortage ... every hour is something they invent while the children play outside in around the pool, under the heat of killing and dying to swim ... And she stays there fresh and CLOSED !! A beautiful decor of this condo !! I was deceived, don't fall for it!
