Conta com boas plantas, que valorizam as áreas comuns, com espaços amplos para sala/cozinha, bem arejados com uma grande varanda. O empreendimento é bem administrado e zelado, boa limpeza e sua estrutura atende aos requisitos de um bom condomínio. O atendimento do corpo administrativo, portaria, segurança, não é nada cortês, pelo contrário, são bem "robóticos", mas cumprem a função. Um ponto negativo é o acesso de pedestres, que pelo formato do terreno, torna o caminho de acesso a torre maior do que o normal. Há uma feira livre na rua de frente, e estacionar na rua requer um pouco de paciência.
