O local possui, cabeleireiro e até uma loja de alimentação, os preços são bem salgados.
Em geral a west corp faz um bom trabalho gerenciando o prédio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administração, não colabora em nada com as necessidades dos usuários do prédio. Não recebem as entregas, obrigando aos condomínios descer para receber pacotes . Parece que a administração é medieval, não entende modernidade, não quer atualizar. Nem fazer ligações para informar da chegada de materiais.
Prédio sem áreas de lazer para funcionários e condôminos, não há área comum para refeições do pessoal, não há chuveiros, não há modernidade.
O pessoal é amável (exceto a administração) e atencioso, prédio bonito, porém sem modernidade.
Bad administration, it doesn't contribute at all to the needs of the building users. They do not receive deliveries, forcing condominiums to go down to receive packages. It seems that the administration is medieval, doesn't understand modernity, doesn't want to update. Nor make calls to inform you of the arrival of materials.
Building without leisure areas for employees and tenants, there is no common area for staff meals, no showers, no modernity.
The staff is kind (except the administration) and attentive, the building is beautiful but not modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com estacionamento no local pago. Estrutura bacana. Trânsito bem travado no local nos horários de maior movimento seria melhor sair com antecedência para conseguir chegar no horário.
With paid parking on site. Nice structure. Traffic is well slowed down at the busiest times, it would be better to leave in advance to be able to arrive on time.
