Solicitei um simples orçamento, mas não consegui; fui atendido de forma desencontrada por um vendedor que me fez esperar dias e depois não me retornou. Desisti do orçamento e procurei outra empresa, me economizou tempo e me livrou, certamente, de uma dor de cabeça.
Certainly the products are of quality, however the service leaves much to be desired. I asked for a simple quote, but I couldn't; I was met in an inconsistent manner by a salesman who made me wait days and then did not return. I gave up on the budget and looked for another company, saved me time and certainly got rid of a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Tenho um pedido em aberto desde outubro/2021 e até hoje (24/03/2022) não recebi qualquer retorno com uma solução, mesmo após diversos contatos e tentativas. O retorno da empresa é sempre o mesmo, com uma resposta padrão que demonstra que certamente não fazem nada para realizar qualquer melhoria, mesmo sendo esta uma reclamação reincidente.
Terrible service. I have an open order since October/2021 and until today (24/03/2022) I have not received any response with a solution, even after several contacts and attempts. The company's feedback is always the same, with a standard response that demonstrates that they certainly don't do anything to make any improvement, even if this is a repeat complaint.
